I hope for all new players and existing players that they find your channel, with out a doubt the best when it comes to showing off builds and how to properly play that character and role.
I've played 400 games of paragon and I still watch your channel for tips, you make it very easy for players to adjust their game to being more team orientated and just overall rounding out their play style to be a better player.

Riktor is such a satisfying hero to play, love him
as a master riktor i approve this build entirely. My build varies in terms of damage cards but in the end i build dmg early and transition into full blown tank late game. Riktor is a tricky character to play. patience is key with him and like you always say. PROTECT THE CARRIES

I'm a riktor challenger and I do my role really well but I can't find the perfect build for him. My best deck for him is balanced damage and tank late game. I deal 208 Energy and I have 240+ def on both threats but I'm still soft in teamfights but do really well in early game. Your original comment could help me. I haven't tried it but it opens my eyes on how to use him
cut back on the damage and double up on each armor card. If you use a sages ward for damage then like pendulum of lords for health and mana, then go tempered plate and tuned barrier followed up by quantum casing and etherweave mesh. should be plenty tanky

Great vid as always, just a little suggestion, try to use your health potions when you engage into any fight, it has saved me countless times, and it could have saved you against Grim.

RGSACE, you should do a series where the subs challenge you to use different builds for different heroes.

I feel like Riktor and Steel are just so similar in playstyle and build. What I mean by that is, they're most effective building a little damage first, playing aggressively in lane phase, and afterwards building full tank.
I think the reason this is so powerful is because the tank heroes have much higher base stats (surprisingly, that includes base attack damage), so walking into lane with 2 damage tokens in the beginning automatically guarantees you the win in a 1v1 with the enemy carry. Not only that, your move speed is higher too. I find myself as Steel out damaging everybody even until the 21CP mark. At level 5, no enemy carry stands a chance against Steel's full combo followed up with some punches to the face.
I don't think this will last. I see Epic nerfing the super high base damage on fighter tanks in the future. I'm almost Master Steel and have like 75% winrate with him (so...probably unbalanced, unless I'm better than I realize).
Murdock/TwinBlast with 2 dmg tokens: ~35 dmg per auto
Steel with 2 dmg tokens: ~52 dmg per auto

Just one thing I noticed: you seem to be sitting at 42.5 CDR with the final build, so that's 2.5 above the cap. I recommend replacing one Advanced Chrono with a Chrono and investing the additional point in health.
Oh yeah silly me, I updated the agora.gg link to reflect the change. Pretty much did what you suggested as that made the most sense. Forgot about the upgraded bonus on the pendulum of lords :(

Ummm no, as in my 50 included with the guy above me. You sound kinda salty at this guy's success, hater much ??? We ALL take builds from each other. This guy puts in the work at showing how the character is supposed to be played with said build. Shows us the build and makes the videos.

I appreciate the support Jose and InGodsReach, it's a shame a lot of other people hate when I wanted this to be a positive thing for all of us. I'd love to see DeFaLt put a video together, don't get me wrong I'm not trying to be negative I just don't think people appreciate how much time and effort goes into these videos, I'm not just speaking about myself but all other TH-camrs that make content for you to watch, a 10 minute video can often take up to 7-8 hours.
P.S Only build I ever used that I didn't make myself was ImSko's and even then that's the first line of my video.

I'm hoping to see a full iggy match and updated build from you. I'm ok with iggy but I could use some advice on what to do late game. I try to push a solo lane as my team is pushing and team fighting, but I have a hard time getting to their inhibs. I guess being a distraction is good enough?

I'll have more videos quite soon, was involved in an accident which required some recovery time. I really love Iggy and I've got the perfect build for him so I'll try and do a video for him next.
For the time being, just be annoying as possible. Split push waves, take some damage in the early game but transition into tank late game. If you split push, always have one eye on the minimap to watch for the enemy rotations. Use drink the spirits and armavore late game to help you sustain pushing as well.
If only RNGesus would bless me with drink the spirits. I also tried armavore in my build but i actually found more mana to be more helpful because i would need to kill 65+ creeps to get near 500 mana. That's a lot of creeps for so little mana

***** You still have mana in your build but Armavore is a great card because you can build energy penetration on it :)
Can you do a Greystone bruiser build with a Satori Cloak. It's very effective against tanks. :D

I'm not sure of your commitment to TH-cam or your free time but an idea for a series could be doing community private matches and play a character as if it were a different one. i.e Muriel as an adc build .

I love your content. I love this game. I also understand that twin blast has been nerfed quite heavily on his dash and ult. would you consider doing a updated game with twin blast? I'm not sure how active I should be with trades in different stages of the game.
I'm not sure I want to invest time into a guide for Twinblast when a rework for him is confirmed, I'd rather wait for the rework and then do a guide :)

FMW Mabaine I just said I have a Patreon for those that support me I never said people have to donate. I'm not doing this in my "free time" i spend 6-8 hours a day doing this instead of working. Please don't assume you know about my circumstances. The Top 5 series alone takes at least 12-16 hours just to go through clips, that doesn't even cover the other day of work I spend actually making the video itself, amongst putting out near daily content.

Math is off. Your ward should be a 9 point card, not 6, otherwise you leave 3 CXP on the table, unusable.

ahh, you have a different build in the video and in your agora.gg link. That's fine, but the build in the video leaves 3 CXP unspent. It's still a good build, I like the early aggressiveness. Often times you can throw people off building offensive early game, then switching mid to late with a fighter. So many people build fighters all out aggressive, with no defense and I catch myself making assumptions early game based on the loadouts people are doing. Devious is good. :)
