As a Master fey I highly recommend using 3 cast token from the get go to assassinate with her long shot in early game. don't use mana upgrades on cards except mind flow, otherwise its a waste (amp crystal with only damage is better and chronomancer disc is good too).Use armor from etherweave mesh and quantum casing for cdr. The only source of mana I use is from mind flow because its so good with her and chrono tonic is beast for the cdr by late game I will have high CDR and damage and thanks to mind flow a good suply of mana I also use sages wards against kallari. do not focus on her aoe focus instead on her long shot attack and her slow then ult. reason being her long shot restore mana on successful hit to enemy player giving you chance to combo some heavy damage with the slow, hell you can kill Grim, Murdock, twinblast and many more just by slowing them down maintaining distance and pulling off the long shot alone, if they don't die let's say because they have a lot of armor well just ult them so your allies can kill them. I also use shockwave on her, you can turn the tide of battle with those 2 seconds, but if you don't like shockwave use blink charm for escapes, wasted all your mana never fear blink charm is here to save the day from those pesky khaimeras.

+Marie Ève awesome, on my build I use about three 2 cost mana just to have enough points for shockwave or blink charm just in case if I used up the mana trying to escape from heavy ganks like khaimera or grux, backup tool for sticky situations ect.
+Marie Ève the times I use it is to copy swift escapes Gideon does like when he jumps in jungle then teleports back up where he initially jumped from to fool the enemy players but other than that and escaping from heroes like Feng Mao, Grux, khaimera, Greystone, and others who have escape ability's that can be used to close the gap, I can use something else like Solaris or another amp crystal, I am thinking however whether or not I should use energy penetration on her but the things is I haven't gotten used to using penetration cards other than rustbreaker or meltdown but never really know how much I need when facing heavy armored targets.

+Marie Ève Hope you enjoy your next game, I usually end up loosing matches even when I pull off some amazing K/D and save a few lives here and there, just to see my team get outplayed in late game because they either go afk, take orb prime to the wrong side, fight orb prime in the wrong time, team fighting each other in chat, feeders (two types, one I forgive is being new to the game the other however is purposely sabotaging which I frown upon), early surrenders, early rage quitters or finally the most common one I see too often team disband when grouped up and don't use the quick comm to let the team know resulting in my team getting ganged up on and waiting that death clock of 60 to 80 second's.

RGSACE Can you suggest an idea on what to do against gideon? My past 2 games, when I try to 1v1 him he teleports away and attacks from range.
KingChickenwing Just let him waste his mana then gank him. Make sure you're constantly poking him with your E ability
fey is my favorite. i don't know why but i love support characters. like in most mmos i usually end up healer.😅. anyways thx for the help.

this vid resembles the success ive had with Fey. I find it funny after seeing another youtuber (i wont mention who lol) complaining that she is not good. She is a beast! Very strong hero imo

Thanks RationalDrift. It takes sometime for people to utilise her and understand how to use her hence why I didn't upload a guide straight away (my first build was completely different) but once you learn to combo her abilities and mix it with a build like this, you'll see that she's a very very strong hero.
What I've seen when playing her (only experimenting builds and gathering info in bot games though) is that her natural mana (without mana items) is about 600. It's possible that instead of mana you go for mana regen, when I tried that out with 40% CDR I wasn't going lower than 300 mana while constantly casting, but also if you have the blue buff, you just aren't losing mana at all. It's definitely worth to try this out as this gives you a ton of casting durability, meaning you can stay in the fight only dependent on your health rather than mana and health.
EDIT: Infinity Stream is really useful in mana regen builds, it's possible to basically refund its cost if you have a ton of mana regen on top of it from Solaris Reactor or Magna Lens!
Yeah hence why I found the Mana Regen in this build to fit her perfectly. I don't know about building too much CDR (I know you were just experimenting) but I'd rather have the points in damage and just use the blue buff like you said. With armour and some extra health, you can really stay in the fight for a long time and it's quite difficult to kill you with her slow allowing her to get away easily and her ULT in the worst case

Did what you said, I think she's more efficient now, higher cooldowns though. What happened was that I gained 39 damage, on the cost of 12.5% CDR and 75 max mana though.
Also, some info on scaling:
Q - 0.5
E - 0.5
R - 1 (maybe scales more with each ability level)
RMB - 1
This shows she isn't the best as caster, also it's noticeable that casters get lower scaling on single-hit abilities.
Mehteh Trollfacer Yeah scaling isn't the best but I still found it quite easy to kill people even though the numbers would suggest it to be difficult. She's not the best caster (I prefer Iggy) but then she's not the best support either, I think Dekker's containment fence is a lot more useful and the stuns are a nightmare!

Your videos are incredibly informative and put together really well. I'm new to MOBAS and these videos are definitely making me want to get better at this game. So do you just get cards randomly through packs? I do not have most of the cards that you mention in your videos
Thanks Alex, glad they help. Yeah you get cards just by opening packs. The quickest way to get card packs is by leveling your heroes to levels 3 and 5 (you get a card pack at these levels) and then just spend all your rep on card packs as well
Just played the fey for the first time. I think I'm in love!! She's so good! I got 20+ assists with a handful of kills. Laneing becomes really easy mid to late game!!
I love how similar my build is to this build... let's me know how much great minds think alike.
And I can't agree with you more in that last part. Soloing as a Support sucks! You can play your role perfectly but that doesn't change the fact that the overall win is in the hands of the other players.
Yeah for sure! I just like to have an impact on the game where I can maybe 'carry' in a sense even with a hero like The Fey

It also seems it's pretty easy (if you act quickly) to pull a Gideon out of his ult with her Ult (as well as setting him up for pain with a slow and AoE, if they don't position themselves right.

I'm gonna try that mana Regen. it takes me a while to run out of mana with just a little bit of mana upgrades. i love growth characters just for those 2 cards.
Yeah, I mean at full build (lvl 15, 60cp) you get 5.7 mana regen without the blue buff so you can use an ability at least every 10 seconds (ignoring cooldowns) and your E return's mana so you should be fine with the mana regen we have :)
Awesome. I like her too. Man can you help me with this? Energy and physical penetration have an impact in basic attacks and abilities? Or just basic attacks?

energy pen has an impact on all you energy damage skills and attacks. the same goss for physical :)

Quick Q, I like the integration of the Blink card if it's needed but what card would you replace with blink?
You don't keep blink charm, you just get rid of it when you need the slot. Its 5 CP wasted on The Fey at 60 imo

Hey nice build and nice video :) you should try to play her with cooldown btw it's really crazy, you just become a nightmare for ennemies arround 30% ^^
Yeah but having CDR means I have to cut back on damage and protection which I don't really want to do. I just take blue buff like all the time, that gives me 20% CDR which is enough. I did play another build with CDR but found this one to be a lot more successful. I can imagine how annoying it would be to play against though!

Hey Modern, I will be doing a gadget guide very soon, will wait for the new patch and then put together my guide in case it changes things. I did mention the abilities in the video but maybe I can make it more clear :) Also I listed the cards in the description and if you click on the Agora.gg link it gives you a nice image view of what to build and when. to your last comment I say, just go for the kills a s support few and don't build damage. That's what I did on Legacy with her on mid lane

+RGSACE ok good because it was a really good one. I was in their spawn and killed 4 solo and had the 5th stolen by a Murdock ult, then killed 3 more as they spawned on 150hp! :)

i dont know but i think she is just not the right hero for me.
i feel like if you want to support dekker would be a better choice and if you want a caster, i would prefer gideon or howitzer since they do mlre damage and pack a bunch of utility.
i feel like the damage distribution of her plant is a big fuck up and her ult scales terrible.

Skill build order?
Yeah I like the Q first, with double cast tokens you should be fine last hitting. I either get the E or AOE next, either is a good choice. After that focus upgrading your AOE so you increase the damage it does since it's quite weak at level 1

SchwizerLetsFail no, everything changed with the new map and new card system. How I see it is that her damage is stronger now. Yesterday I was spam killing Khaimera and Kwang. Grux was against me in mid and he couldn't push at all.
for me build no sense why? 1vs1 all character u die, khaimera or grux kill feya for 5 second low hp low defense;/

Alejandro Medina I just want to play with people my level. It would be great to find people to communicate with and be pretty good at this game. I do not expect to find a squad that will always guarantee a win every time. Obviously everyone lose eventually, regardless of how skilled you are. Besides, you make it sound like I am bragging about being a gold player. Being gold is average level and there is nothing to be proud of.

Khaimera needs to be nerfed hard
Khaimera is fine. Short range on the attack. No escape.
Glib Petrachkov Dude. He can 1v3 almost any team with his health regen passive

If you escape his jump then you can comfortably range him.
His ULT does a bit too much damage, that needs to be reduced slightly in my opinion. Everything else is fine i think
if he's out 1v3 ing people, then those 3 people don't have a great understanding of the game simple as that. Move around him, make him miss, use your abilities don't just hold down R2 or left mouse and pray. Once he pounces if you have a slow or stun; hit him with it and be out. I will say he's a very cheap character, (seriously, pounce, attack boost, ult. So skill! Much good!) but I digress.

what a load of bull...faye can't do absoluteley any damage even with maxed out damage cards and abilities...
her ult doers under 300 dmg maxed out , and her AOE (untemed growth does under 300 dmg also maxed out + heroes allways get out of it before the blast at the end if u don't slow them --it's only good against minions
don't get me talking about harvest nettles wich does under 200 maxed out and the mana refund is COMPLETLEY USELESS
compare that damage to iggy or gideon and see what u get......
her only good ability is bramble patch because of the long range and the fast placement
grux pull is much more usefull than fey's ULTI for cc in teamfights because even if it is not 360 degrees it has a much longer range
and u can't pull any of the combos u mentioned ALONE u nedd ur team to support u , and even than u need a very bad team to play against
so in conclusion she is a mediocre support and a mediocre caster.....
she can hold her lanes , that's the only thing that u are correct about
