No, it's just that lots of people who do this kind of thing realize very quickly how pointless it truly is. There's a reason why 99% of this mans videos are about making you LOOK ripped & toned by shredding fat, not about true full body strength training. It's not that expensive tbh. It's the time spent with prep and cooking, and the time sourcing cheap and good veggies and protein. It's when you don't have time to cook up your meals is when it gets expensive trying to match the same macros. It costs $2-3 to make the same amount of chicken that Panda Express would charge you $12-14 for.
Buy ground beef with a little fat it's cheaper and it's the same nutrients, butternut squash they throw them at you to get them out of the store (Bill Burr), eggs ? Come on, can you do cheaper ? Butter is cheap, parmesan cheese is a bit pricy but you can skip that part, avocados are not that expensive depending where you live.

Oatmeal, rice, beans and legumes, eggs, canned sardines, fruits and vegetables that are on sale, spices… and that’s actually healthier than what he’s doing which seems to be keto.
just a lil tip on the last dish,it looked really nice but if you beef up the rice youre gonna have days where it feels too full, not that you should waste it but add something that gives it a lil acidity to counteract that fattyness, japanese would use sour plum, koreans would use kimchi, russians some salted pickles, something in that direction
