Hello, it's my first time to take uber.
I have 8:00am pick up. After drop off to my destination. Will the Same Uber pick me up and bring me back to where I was pick up first? Or do I have to request a new Uber ride?
I tried ordering for a friend which I've done before. After selecting Comfort and Confirm, then a black screen came up and the app froze. It happened numerous times even after restarting my phone. I finally had another friend order it. Any ideas?

Hello i have a question im planning on using uber in a different country (Guatemala) they have a different currency! ($1 = Q7) on the uber app for example a trip is Q21 , will they use my card and take $21 ? Or will they switch the currency from over there and exchange it to usd $ which is $3 ???
it will charge you in your local currency, so it wont be like 3$ it will be 21Q. hope this helped!

Hi Amanda, yes once the app assigns you a driver you will see the driver's first name, picture, make and model of the vehicle and license plate.

I’m confuse on the passengers. So if I with 2 of my friends which is 3 in total. Am I suppose to choose UberX that has 3 or can I choose like another name( like Uber comfort ) and still get in with 3 people? U know what I’m trying to say? Can i get into Uber car with 2 people and do I have to pay double or just the price that is shown?

Hello, the price shown on the app is the price for the ride, not numbers of passengers. Each type of Uber (i.e. UberX, Uber Comfort etc) will show how many passengers can join that ride 1-6.

I was following this as an exercise, and I DID NOT HIT CONFIRM, but it scheduled me anyway!! I cancelled, but had a cnacel FEE!!!!! Know that the APP is a TRAP. Don't get in there unless you need a ride!!!
