As a driver, this is a great tool, but should be updated. Things missing are being able to move pin to exact location, such as door of complex or where on a sidewalk, etc. Also rider etiquette to be ready and that wait charges do apply and drivers may cancel after time is up. Share location with driver tool. Checking driver info in the app with the approaching vehicle and greeting the driver by not giving your own name out. Details of the Safety button. Details of why you should tip and why you might not give five stars. Thanks.
There's a few things you didn't mention that are important namely that you don't need an address for either the pickup or drop off location as you can move the pin location and use that point that you place it on the map as your pickup and drop off location with out ever typing in an address. Also when a person goes into their trips the button on the top right corner allows you to switch between past trips, business trips and upcoming trips. Shorter videos may be better for passengers to learn to do specific functions as opposed to the almost 11 minute video here to do everything in one bulk video.

I have several issues why on the reservation request we don't see the address until 10min before pick and Uber start your reservation pick 30min early regardless of the distance

Hey I can’t seem to find a number for Uber so this is kinda like my last resort.i downloaded the app but accidentally put in 19 with any car in the beginning how do I change that to add some info I haven’t yet completed all the documents also I got a message from Uber saying there was another account with my info using but with a different email I got that information through text also I thought the best thing would be to delete my account but I changed my mind and would like to keep it it there a way to cancel my deletion request?
