2017 Infiniti Q50 Redsport and currently has: Racebox tune by Alex, Motor built by RT Tuning w/ Manley Rods, King Bearings, JE Pistons, ARP studs, Z1 VRX70 Ball Bearing Turbos, XDI 1900 injectors, XDI 60 HPFP, Spool Flex Fuel kit, AMS LPFP, AMS HX, Boosted 6 Intakes, Mishimoto catch cans, Z1 LSD, Z1 subframe collars, Aluminum 1pc Driveshaft, PRIDE Billet transmission mount Z1 rear diff brace, Syvec AWD controller, Level 10 transmission, Fast Intentions high flow catted down pipe with MBRP 3" dual exhaust, Stillen Rear Sway Bar, RSR Active Coilovers, Z1 2 piece brake rotors, forged 19" 370z Rays with Nitto NT555r2 in 275/40 r19 front and Forgestar Beadlocks with Nitto NT555R2 305/45 r17 rear. - บันเทิง

@@dankolicious10 Transmission didn't sound like it's got much left. That upshift had some play in it. Will you be building that next?
Tranny is a level 10 build. Don't know what you could do past that.
Fresh fluid and playing with the shift point might help. If not, I need the next level transmission.

Mike I was going thru some of your earlier content and saw your previous 7.17 60-130 run. My jaw dropped when I began to realize how much faster the car is now! We will see how tight lipped you are, but I believe the car is in the 9's and it's not fully sorted out. Can't wait for more content!
I’m on the b58 side of this rivalry but let me reach across the aisle on this one and give the due respect. This is an insanely well done car and faster than all but a few real freaks out there.
Thank you, I appreciate the compliment. Not concerned about the rivalry myself. I'm just an enthusiast who has always enjoyed cars in general. Its amazing to me what can be accomplished with these modern 3.0 V6's compared to the old school tech I grew up modifying.

I had a setback. Failed injector melted a piston just when it was getting dialed in. Replaced the built motor with a new stock one . Broke it in and hit the dyno this week. It puts out 760whp and 602wtq. Hitting the track tonight for the first LC tests.

I'll take mine to Cecil county whenever I get it back. My goal r.n is 500 on 93 and 600 on E. Vrx70b until I decide to crank it up some. Hpfp is holding me back. Fx150. Damn, that’s quick. How much power are you making roughly? Also do you know what kind of times a stock one would put up in that same test as a comparison?
My car put down 760whp and 670wtq on the dyno. A stock Redsport would be in the 10's 60-130, tuned on stock turbos could get to a high 7 low 8 with supporting mods. You need upgraded turbos for 6's or lower.
@@dankolicious10 your figures are close to correct if not a bit optimistic for stock turbo (I’ve seen mid to low 8 but on cars with pretty much all the bolt ons. So you’re closer. However the idea that stock RS runs 10s is some silly shit. JB4 only cars are in the 12s lol. Tens no way. Now your car is light speed so you probably forgot just how slow the stock setup is in your defense.
I recall my redsport with just intake , lower DP and exhaust with a JB4 doing 10's, so you are correct, stock redsport is probably more like a 12 or 13.

They drive fine below 4k but the boost ramps in about 500rpm later and don't hit quite as hard... they do however pull a lot more up top.
5.72 is honestly crazy for what seems to be a full weight car? What e mixture were you running?
Full interior, full weight, full exhaust running E40 blend of pump 93 and pump E.

What all do you have done to your car I’m getting one soon and I’m not sure do I have to get the red sport to be that fast? Or can any model make that with the same mods?
The motors are all the same. You get different gearing in certain sport models, along with an oil cooler and bigger brakes, but the motors themselves are all capable of the same power with the same modifications.

Sounds like it needs brakes? Or is that just slotted rotor noise?
Thats normal for the slotted rotors.
How's that transmission holding up?
The 5th gear clutches weren't rated for the tq the built engine was putting out and got burned as you can hear in this pull. It was only rated for 600tq max.. I sent it back to Level10 last week for a refresh and upgrade to their 1000hp and 800tq build

How much more would it cost to make a vq that fast lol cuz where I live (in Canada) q50 3.0ts cost around $18k us compared to a g37 which is around $7.4k
VQ's can be made fast. Supercharger, intercooler, Exhaust and fuel system upgrades can easily put them in the 500hp+ range
@dankolicious10 Thanks. However how much would the upgrades cost approximately? I'm unsure whether to pick a q50 or g37. I'm thinking they would cost around the same at the end since im assuming you would have to pay a lot for a complete turbo or supercharger kit plus other supporting mods for the G
A few bolt on's and a tune will be fast on a VR30. The G37 would need more mods like a supercharger, intercooler, heat exchanger to be as quick. So any money you save buying the cheaper G37 will end up being spent to make it fast.

I have Z1's not pures. Max boost so far is 28psi.
You really need 17s on the AWD to put the power down?
Oh yes, I can spin all 4 DR's through 2nd gear if I turn it up more. That's with a rear LSD and a Syvecs AWD controller to boot.

No, my tires were shot and I was fighting traction issues until I could get new ones. I lightly rolled into 1st, short shifted to second and slowly squeezed into full throttle at the shift to 3rd. Only way I could avoid spinning.
Which turbos? Pures or Z1?

I haven't seen a pure turbo thats in the same ballpark to what these bb Z1 turbos will do.
