Chickpea sandwich recipe| Quick breakfast idea

  • Have you tried chickpea sandwich before? It was my first time and I loved loved LOVED how it turned out!
    It’s definitely gonna be my go to sandwich recipe. Honestly didn’t expect it to taste this good.
    Also a simple Google search saved me from the embarrassment of calling this sandwich my creation! 🙈
    Ingredients I used:
    - 1 bowl boiled chickpeas
    - salt to taste
    - 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
    - 1/4 tsp cumin powder
    - 1/4 tsp sandwich masala
    - 1 to 2 tbsp onions, finely chopped
    - 1 to 2 tbsp tomatoes, finely chopped
    - 1 green chilli, finely chopped
    - 1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
    - 1/2 lemon juice
    - 1/2 tbsp chickpea boiling water
    - sliced bread
    - butter, as needed
    - green chutney, as needed
    - 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    Procedure:
    - Roughly mash the chickpeas with a fork, leaving some chunks.
    - Add to it all the ingredients as shown in the video and mentioned above.
    - Spread some butter and chutney on 2 slices of bread and set aside.
    - Add the stuffing and layer sliced cucumbers on top.
    - Toast on both sides.
