I understand BUT, I did not sign any agreement with aidvantage. It was all with Navient. I'm going to ask advantage to show me some kind of agreement that I signed with them for them to collect anything from me.

I’m with Fedloanservincing. They have not officially announced which loan services they are moving to. I have all documentation printed. I’m still pursuing public service forgiveness. I have five years left, but I have a feeling I will have them paid off almost a year earlier and I don’t want to pay more interest than I need to, so mostly it is a back up plan if I’m not able to pay them off.

Good luck with the PSLF. I am with Fedloan as well. There are days I want to scream. I have called only to be on hold for over an hour. I have tried using the 'call back' feature and someone I've been disconnected. I have over 10 years of service and I have paid. I have paid on since 2008/2009 when the pslf first started. Then, I was told I didn't have the right loans with Sallie Mae so I consolidated with Fedloans. Fedloans doesn't have all of the payments I made to Sallie Mae and Sallie Mae says talk to Fedloan. When I submit my paperwork to Fedloan about the PSLF - it's like it goes into a black hole. The months haven't been updated. This entire system needs to be fixed because right now, students are being ripped off and subjected to generational debt - all because they believe a degree is a better way to the future - but they've got no money. Can you believe the guidance counselors and financial counselors actually told me (along with other students) our student loans were 'good debt' because we were investing in our future. You borrow a bit but then it mushrooms into something far worse than you had to begin with... : (

Typically you can't and if you were able to, they would probably charge a pretty large fee.
You can however do a balance transfer of some of your student loans to a credit card and usually you'll have a 12-18 month window of 0% interest on the card. Once that window is up though, the interest on your card would likely be 14%+
