The model I downloaded has panel gaps, all individual parts. How do I create one single body from all that, I can print as one car?

i really like what you are doing, instead of gluing parts or something, why not add screw holes and integrated clamps to connect parts and also have an easier assembly/disassemby time

How do the magnets work how strong are they can you pick the truck up from the body how does it do on roll overs? Does it fall off easy

no, its neodymium magnets, and holds pretty well
