Sir tell best exercise after PCL reconstruction surgery
I had a third degree pcl tear on my right knee and it's been more than 6 years i feel that my right legs are still not at its 100%. what would you suggest doctor?
There is comminuted avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament. There is 3 to 5 mmdisplacement of the fracture fragment. Any issue sir

Sir mera 2 mm hai but knee halka unstable hai sir ma kya karu.

@@bunnygudly same problem hai bhai right knee ma tear hai jiske wajah se right hip and back ke muscle par assar parta hai 2 noo bahut pain karte he.
