    Looks very yummy! My favourite smoothie is one banana, a ton of frozen spinach (fresh is hard to find where I live and it is way more expensive than frozen), another frozen fruit like peaches, pineapple or strawberries, ground flax seeds and water.

    Ima try..I had a 2.5day hospital stay recently..My potassium was heart stopping low..And malnourished..crazy huh..So..i been MAKING myself eat better and keep protein up..Who knew..being malnourished could cause ALOT Of problems..Hugs hun..have a Blessed week!!🙏🌼💐☀

      Aww sorry to hear that, but good for you for wanting to get better and eat healthier. I don't ever hear of potassium being too low... you just weren't getting enough in your diet?

      Jessica Ashley unfortunately..theres a issue with my adrenal glands..spleen and liver..I guess i wasnt getn enough or my body is spilling it..idk yet.But have a ct avan and liver biopsy may 30th..Hopefully..i will get some answers then....🙏🙏

    I started adding frozen broccoli with the frozen spinach in my green smoothies. Can't taste it at all. I also like fresh parsley or cilantro. Fresh ginger is good to.
