- Saw this toy RC F1 car at the local Costco here in SoCal for $49.99. Awesome details on the car, not bad for the price but we knew it won't be as fast as the hobby / competition RCs. The RC is pretty nice, comes with a lithium battery and USB charger. Quite responsive and fun to drive, top speed is on the slow side which might not be a bad thing, it makes it more playable like in the backyard or driveway, etc. and makes it less prone to damage from going out of control. I attached a GoPro to the RC to get some fun FPVs. We enjoyed playing it a lot that we went to Costco again this morning to get the Ferrari version lol.

Awesome run! What's the speed for this car?
I wasn't able to measure yet, but since this is more of a toy RC (vs hobby or competition RC), I would guess around 9-12mph. It runs on fairly low voltage with only a 2s lithium battery.

@@derekc6425 Lithium-Ion. 2s cylindrical cells, so I don't think it's Lipo exactly.
