How to fix a dishwasher that wont drain. The most common problem I run into. Model # WDF320PADS2 although this dishwasher repair works the same with many models.
Worked like a charm! If you can't twist the pump off, there may be a little button on the top left you need to press to deploy. Feel around for it and you'll find it eventually.
Yes! I had the same challenge getting the pump off without depressing the release. I found another video that shows it clearly th-cam.com/video/PC1tmlmpTM0/w-d-xo.html. Thanks for everyone's help. My issue was pieces of glass had lodged in the pump impeller where it couldn't discharge the water.
@@billg00001 This is exactly what I needed to get that the pump to turn so I could remove it! But how to test that the pump fan will turn. He mentions in the video about "turning the power back on". We have a wall switch that turns on/off the power to the appliance, but simply turning that back on doesn't seem to have any effect on making those blades turn. Is there some other power switch internally that he's referring to?
@PongGod if you turn power on but don't start the cycle, close the door, and the pump should come back on and spin. I did that for mine and the motor starting spinning. This troubleshooting cleared that step, but didn't solve my problem. Happy fixing!
@@CN-bg1fy OK, but if I close the door, how can I tell if the pump motor starts spinning? Quickly open the door back up and see that it's still spinning?
Thank you so much for this video!!! Our Whirlpool dishwasher had a lot of water left inside the bottom of the washer this weekend. I thought we would have to purchase a new washer. But before we did, I found your video and showed it to my husband. He went through the same steps as you did, and sure enough, we had some debris that had gotten past the filter. He cleared the line and we started the washer back up and then sent it through the drain cycle - SUCCESS. All taking just a few minutes. Your video saved us HUNDREDS of dollars!! THANK YOU!!!
I followed the video and checked everything including the pump. Narrowed it down to the tubing being clogged so disconnected, let out all the drainage that was backed up and ran a snake through the hole in the sink drain to the end of the tube to clear out. Put everything back together and the dishwasher started draining properly again. Thanks to this video I was able to see what I was looking for in the sink drain, eliminate any other possibilities, and clear all connecting hoses to make sure any clogs were cleared. HELPFUL VIDEO!!!
I'm going to add something to your troubleshooting process. My Frigidare was sporadic on draining. Sometimes it would drain it all, sometimes the whole bottom would have an inch, sometimes, just the center would have water. Sometimes the water was clean, sometimes still cloudy. So, I figured the drain pump was going bad. Ordered one from Amazon at 1/3 cost of OEM and replaced it. Worked great right out of the box. Next day, once again, water standing in the bottom. Kept researching and found someone suggesting to make sure the hose was clear where it entered the P-Trap. Took that hose loose, poked around with a screw driver, nothing there. Put it back together, sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. Today, took off P-trap and found debris in here. In fact, found a metal elbow fitting, like would be on the input side of the dishwasher. This had to have been there for 30 years! Removed it but wasn't satisfied that that was the issue. I am sure this was causing some issues with slow draining but couldn't be the whole problem. My dishwasher draining issue had really become a problem in the past 2 weeks. Went back to the drain connection at the dishwasher, removed the hose and this little black rubber piece fell out, all deformed. Started looking into this and discovered it is a back flow prevention flapper. Cost about $10 on Amazon. It's purpose is to what? Block water that is in the discharge hose from entering back into the dishwasher! I've got one on order, should be here in a couple of days, but I'm betting this makes my problem totally go away.
My Whirlpool diswasher wouldn't drain. I followed the instructions on this video and found a small peice of glass clogging the pump - just like in the video. I reinstalled the pump and it works perfectly. Thanks for making this job easy!
My dishwasher wasn’t draining and I found this video. 5 minutes later, I pulled out 2 pieces of glass and reattached the pump. Ran the dishwasher for a minute and hit the Drain button and it worked. Never would have fixed it on my own without watching this video. Thank you!
Could not twist the pump. I had to loose 8 pounds before attempting to do this. I wasn't able to twist the pump more than 1/8th inch. Another comment mentions a button on the top left (of the pump, I assume) but i didn't find that. Then I noticed the little black rubber elbow connected to the semi-transparent plastic - the drain. So i used my pliers to open the clamp, detached the black hose from the outlet on the pump, then covered the openings (on both the pump AND the hose with my Shopvac. Flipped the breaker and filled the area where the filter goes into with 3 cups of water and hit the "Cancel/Drain" button. Works like a charm!
That same piece of glass must be making it's way across the country because I found an identical one in the exact same place when my dishwasher wouldn't drain properly. Thank you for this great video. Saved me some cash.
Simply incredible. This tutorial was on point. No wasted speaking or video. I am so happy with this. This was my exact problem and I was able to quickly tackle it and get it resolved. Thank you!
All instructional videos on TH-cam should be this good and concise. Thank you for sharing, I can see from the comments that you have helped a lot of people out.
So many times you get on a fixit video and you get a video that is 30 minutes long, and it doesn’t help. This was the most helpfully succinct video I have watched since the beginning of me watching videos for help. Great Job!
THANK YOU but anyone else who couldn't easily twist the pump off - there's actually a little notch you have to depress to release it, then it pops right off! I can't believe I just did this by myself. I feel so empowered and I definitely saved money on a new dishwasher!!!
Thank you so much for this help. I am living in France and had a similar problem with another Whirlpool dishwasher. In my case it was a little cable tie!! Both the idea that something could get stuck and stop the impellers and the way to detach the pump were invaluable pieces of information. You saved me a new dishwasher! Best regards, Barry
what are the odds, not only do you have the same exact model as I do, but I also had a piece of glass stuck up against the impeller. Thanks for the quick/well explained video, saved us a bunch of time and money!
I haven't tried this on my dishwasher yet but the video was short, right to the point, clear, simple to understand, and with clear video of exactly what needed to happen. Excellent job and I'm very hopeful that I'll be able to either fix or pinpoint the problem with my dishwasher now. Thank you!
Mine had a piece of glass stuck in there too. I can't thank you enough. My husband can fix anything, but he is on bedrest with a back injury and I was able to fix this myself before he woke up. Thank you so much.
Just followed this guide, got a lot of gunk out but still would not drain. Checked the Air Gap next to gossip, that was plugged up. Cleaned it out and drained just fine. Great video on cleaning everything and what to check, thank you.
Could not find any blockage/obstructions and the pump spin was running well. I am not sure why it was not draining and gonna test it to see whether it is working now. Great video and thanks
Hi ,I have the same problem. It's not completely draining at all.. I loved this video but my 3 month old dishwasher isn't stuck with anything but it still leaves at least a quarter inch of water under the filter .. can you let me know how you fixed yours please?
This video sure helped. A month ago my Whirlpool dishwasher started to make a light grinding/ rattling noise but then the noise went away again so I thought whatever it was had self resolved itself. Fast forward to yesterday and it stopped draining completely so I followed the steps in this video to remove the pump, nothing was lodged in the housing and the pump vanes looked fine and spun with the power on. I then tried blowing through the drain hose and found it was plugged solid. Upon investigating I found a little piece of grey plastic had broken off from somewhere in the dishwasher, worked it’s way through the pump and then eventually lodged in the drain hose. It had caused enough small debris to build up over time that it blocked the hose. Easy fix and good to go again however I don’t know where the piece of broken plastic is from but knock on wood it seems to work without it.
I have never commented on a TH-cam video before but this was the exact problem that I had and the exact resolution that I needed. I had to read the comments to see that my particular model (wdf750sayw2) did indeed had a latch that I had to depress on the far (left) side to remove the pump. Once I did that, the pump was easily removed turning it counter clockwise and I was able to remove a decent sized shard of glass that got passed the filter. Thank you for making and posting this video!
I fixed it, thanks to you. My first big repair! Several hours of researching dishwashers won't drain articles, then progressing to youtube videos and wrassling with the dishwasher on its side. Yep, broken glass within the drain pump somehow. 5 minutes to fix. PLus 2 days investigating new dishwashers then giving youtube videos one more shot.

Excellent video. While this wasn't my problem, it gave me confidence to keep working on it to figure it out. Turns out I had a completely clogged drain hose under the sink into the garbage disposal. Saved me a service call!
I did break a glass inside dishwasher. It worked fine for about a month. Found glass in the filter area and by the pump. Drains perfect now. Your video was spot. Thanks
Good video. That pump was tough to turn and get off the first time.Being not strong, i would have never gone for it and turned with all my strength to loosen with out your video. I have cleaned many slow draining dwashers but never took the pump out like the whirlpool requires. No luck with finding glass or a label. Moved on to checking the drain hose and found the problem there. Thanks for taking tome to make this. Girl with houses.
You da man! Your video was exactly our issue, two things we found #1 the flat screen was/is warped, that didn't help with the debris problem and #2 other videos say you have to remove the whole unit to change the pump!...Nien Fraulein! That was the best 5mins and 2 seconds I've spent. Thank you Robin
Thanks a lot..wife said dishwasher holding water..quick Google search and a prayer led me here done in a quick manner...kids didnt clean out all the macaroni 😇..got it to drain correctly..back to relaxing..blessings to ya for your posting
Your video was spot on, I found what appears to be either a piece of uncooked pasta or a small sea shell in my pump. I didn't see it at first, but then I heard something hit the floor. You saved me from buying a new pump. Thank you
Fixed our dishwasher in 5 minutes with this video. There's definitely a button on the top left side that releases the pump. Keep up the great work and thank you!
Thank you for sharing this hack. I found piece of glass before watching the video but it wasn’t working. Then I unplugged it, removed pump and spinned with hand and plugged back, worked perfectly! God Bless🙏🏽
Thanks for the video. Mine had a dime blocking where the drain hose attatches. Father in-law came and looked at it while I was at work and said it needed a new pump. Thankful I found the video and it was a simple fix that cost nothing but some time.
Solid information! I had a random piece of plastic in mine. Up and running in under 5 min. I used a sheet pan to catch the water when pulling off the pump. Thanks soo much!
Thanks for the video - had to put some force into the twist to remove the pump but my situation was exactly like the video - a piece of glass got down there and after removing it worked like a champ!
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro Thank you for all your help. I checked the outlet by blowing through it, I couldn't. The outlet from the dishwasher was jammed up with foul smelling junk that blocked the flow - completely. A length of 3' plastic unblocked it. So thanks again.
I had this exact problem. Cleaned the filter for the first time and after that a broken piece of glass worked its way down to the pump. Thanks so much!!
This is why I love TH-cam. I too had the exact same problem. Only I had to buy a little "mirror on a stick" at Harbor Freight to see the little release tab I had to push down. This video was a "life saver" for me. If you're anywhere near Ann Arbor Mi I owe you a beer.
Good video. Mine would not drain so I followed your instructions and found my drain motor worked so I found that the drain hose was somehow clogged. Cleared that and works great. Now I need to figure out why it is not drying.
I have a whirlpool dishwasher that wasn’t draining. I tried all of these steps to troubleshoot but none fixed it. My issue was that the air gap (located on the top of the kitchen sink…it looks like a cap next to the faucet) was plugged with a broken piece of plastic. Something to try if none of these steps help. Great video!
You sir are a legend. I’m an electrician who works in camp while being man of the house, well the wife thinks I’m super man now so it’s going to be a merry Christmas thanks to you. So merry Christmas and thanks for the gift that is this video
Hell yeah quick and direct. This worked so well. Man I wish other informational videos were this good. One note. The pump has a latch on the face at about 2oclock.
Thank you so much. I saved myself $270 . Quite surprised to see a glass piece same as in the video. Very helpful video. Grateful that I found this on time.
Thanks dude! Just was at a work order for a whirpool washer not draining. I didn't have a turkey baister so when I took out the pump the standing water that was in the washer went EVERYWHERE. Hahaha. There was no glass but when I put it back in it just started working again! Thank you for the tips sir!
Excellent video. On mine, the water ejection hole in the garbage disposal was clogged with food gunk, maybe from letting the disposal get too full sometimes. If you hear the pump spinning, might not be a bad idea to check that first. (though removing and cleaning the filter is quick and easy and should probably be done anyways).
I actually disconnected the drain hose from the pump and blew compressed air into the hose, which forced the gunk out the the ejection hole... not sure that's advisable but it sure worked.
@@resarfekim - Funny thing is I found a piece of glass in mine when I took the pump off. I was all excited, put it all back together and ran the drain cycle. Nothing, followed by a bunch of swear words. Went back to this video and started scrolling through the comments and found yours. Got out the air compressor and after a few minutes, finally blew a 5" plug of crud out. Again, got all excited and put it all back together. Ran the drain cycle. Nothing but more swear words. Decided to run the drain cycle a 2nd time, and was about to get out the compressor again, but it finally blew out another 3" plug of crud with about 20 seconds left on the drain cycle! Filled it up again and drained it without a 3rd plug of nastiness. The whole thing drains like a charm now! Thanks AMP and Mike!
Hurray l have just fixed my dishwasher thanks to you. It’s the little things that can set someone back a few quid. Vid was accurate, short and precise, brilliant🤗.
My problem was a piece of glass too. Thanks for posting such a great video. I'm sure my wife will be thrilled she can now use the dishwasher. Happy anniversary, here's your gift. 😂😂
I had the exact same problem, and this was the fix. I would never have known how to remove the motor, which it turns out is much simpler than I expected. Thanks so much!
Thanks for this. Ended up having a piece of ceramic that broke off from a cup lodged between the yellow gear that was prohibiting the drain from working.
Identical dishwasher and problem. My solution was to uncouple the drain pump hose and the piece of glass dropped to the floor. Also I noticed to be careful with the difficulty to fully lock in the filter. Thanks for your help.
Great video, mine had a piece of glass just like yours. Fixed it right up. I would have been scared of breaking that pump, thanks for showing how you got it off. Thanks again, you're a good man.
Awesome video, helped me resolve the drain issue on my Kitchenaid KDPE234GPSO dishwasher. My drain hose was mostly clogged, used compressor and had a few chopped nuts come out. Likely from washing the Pampered Chef nut chopper, where it's easy to leave a few small pieces in the corners of the blades. I removed the pump to check for anything else, but it was fine. The 11 in. Long-Reach Needle Nose Pliers from HarborFreight made it easy to release the outlet hose clamp. Thank you for the help!
Thanks for the video. I had the same problem. Dishwasher would not drain. Turned out to be glass stuck in the pump. In 5 minutes, this video shows what other videos take up to 15 minutes to show.
Thank you for posting this video! Had a similar issue with mine, however when taking the pump component out I found a tooth pick wedged in the fins of the pump! Have no idea how it got there but your video saved me an appliance repairman visit!
Came across this video. Hose is mostly clear, I popped out the plastic cap in the new garbage disposal. I cleaned of the filter. Disconnected the pump and drain hose underneath. I'll try this again tomorrow as today is a Monday and I need to cool off first.
Thank you, funny enough I too had a very similar piece of glass and after removing it, everythin worked as expected. Appreciate you sharing the steps on how to this!!!
I couldn't remove the pump at the bottom, and I found negligible debris in the filters; however, after putting the dishwasher back together, it worked. Thank you.
Thank you! Even though my husband did the fixing, I was able to diagnose with the help of your video. There was a piece of melted plastic in the motor.
Great video. Got mine out and a really thin rubber band was wrapped around the impeller. Couldn't get it out completely so it's fubar and will be replaced later today. Thanks for the step by step.
This is the video I've been hoping to find!!! I had a piece of glass almost the exact same size caught in mine! My wife has her dishwasher back, and I'm being called a hero now. Thanks, brother.
Thank you so much for this video, this was the exact issue my dishwasher pump had, followed your instructions and had the drain pump up and running in 5 minutes !!
thank you for this video! my situation was a bit weird. I followed your instructions to the T and did a test cycle. it made a weird noise so I cancelled it. I opened the door and there was a clump of the washing pod on at the bottom, it wasn't there when I scooped the water out from before. it kind of leads me to believe that the machine turned off mid cycle from the previous load; hence the washing pod clump and the undrained water.
Excellent tutorial. Mine was very similar and a very similar piece of glass or plastic. Thanks for the help as it made it very easy to locate everything and do the job.
Thank you for this video. Probably saved me 150 dollars. It appears the screen was caked with calcium. Once I got that off I was good to go. I also checked the pump. Thanks again
Thanks a million. Did it exactly how you showed. Had a similar piece of glass in mine. I do recall having a broken glass in there a few days ago. Took about 15 minutes thanks to your video.
I had this issue where the dishwasher would not drain after replacing a garbage disposer. The impeller pump was working fine, and not obstructions were found in the drain or near the pump. I finally discovered that the garbage disposal unit has a plastic plug where the dishwasher discharges into it. Once I knocked it out, everything worked fine again.
Thanks man !! literally just pulled a piece of glass out of mine. I came on here to see how to remove the pump and I have the same damn issue as you did. Thanks for making this simple yet informative video.
Oh my God bro I just wanna thank you you save me so much money I went in. I did everything you said I found shards of glass by the motor fan got it out and it working again like brand new.👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽1/23/24
Thank You. Also, dont do like i did, I purchased a new garbage disposal and forgot to remove the knockout plug for the dishwasher hose. I was almost ready to remove the dishwasher motor, but decided to look at the manual on troubleshooting tips....i know.... what a duh! My PSA for today.

Thanks for taking tome to make this.
Girl with houses.
Thanks for watching Lauri! 👍
You da man! Your video was exactly our issue, two things we found #1 the flat screen was/is warped, that didn't help with the debris problem and #2 other videos say you have to remove the whole unit to change the pump!...Nien Fraulein! That was the best 5mins and 2 seconds I've spent.
Thank you
Robin
Glad it helped!
This video absolutely solved my issue. I found a broken piece of plastic. I think it was from a clamp that broke.
Thanks a lot..wife said dishwasher holding water..quick Google search and a prayer led me here done in a quick manner...kids didnt clean out all the macaroni 😇..got it to drain correctly..back to relaxing..blessings to ya for your posting
Glad google led you here and it worked!!
Your video was spot on, I found what appears to be either a piece of uncooked pasta or a small sea shell in my pump. I didn't see it at first, but then I heard something hit the floor. You saved me from buying a new pump. Thank you
This is exactly what I needed!! There was a a rusty screw in the pump, preventing it from spinning. You could smell the heat from it. Thanks so much
Fixed our dishwasher in 5 minutes with this video. There's definitely a button on the top left side that releases the pump.
Keep up the great work and thank you!
Right on Bill thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing this hack. I found piece of glass before watching the video but it wasn’t working. Then I unplugged it, removed pump and spinned with hand and plugged back, worked perfectly! God Bless🙏🏽
Awesome glad you were able to fix it :)
Thanks for the video. Mine had a dime blocking where the drain hose attatches. Father in-law came and looked at it while I was at work and said it needed a new pump. Thankful I found the video and it was a simple fix that cost nothing but some time.
Funny how money winds up in those things lol good fix Robert!
Excellent video! Solved my problem, do want to add there is a tab to push down on the left when turning pump motor :)
Exactly! I had to look at another video to figure out why it wouldn't come off.
Thanks for the reply !
Bro. Same model. Exact same problem! Crazy how identical the situation was. Thanks soo much for this step by step video
Straight forward, no extra padding, excellent video. Thanks
Thanks for watching Ron!
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro Thanks for your reply, unfortunately I do not have the strength to undo the pump
@@ronbishop4057 Check the comments some have reported being tabs that need depressed before turning the pump
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro Thank you, I will try that, much apreciated
@@ApartmentMaintenancePro Thank you for all your help. I checked the outlet by blowing through it, I couldn't. The outlet from the dishwasher was jammed up with foul smelling junk that blocked the flow - completely. A length of 3' plastic unblocked it. So thanks again.
Straightforward clear concise solution. Well lit close up shoot of the procedure. "Pro" in your case is definitely not hyperbole. Hats off to you sir.
Just did mine. Couldn’t believe it. A piece of glass too. Hopefully that fixes it. Thanks so much.
I had this exact problem. Cleaned the filter for the first time and after that a broken piece of glass worked its way down to the pump. Thanks so much!!
Hey Peter glad you got it 👍
Super helpful video!! I got the job done faster than I could have called someone out thanks to you.
Hey! Thank you so much! Glad you were able to get it fixed 😀
I used this video to fix my own dishwasher. Works good as new! A $60 part was a whole lot better than a $1000 new dishwasher.
Wow...I had the exact same piece of glass in mine. I'm blaming the kids. Thanks you saved me $$$
Glad I could help 👍
Thanks for your video. We found a blockage in the Y link near the sink. It's working great now!
Nice! Glad you got it draining Glenda!
This is why I love TH-cam. I too had the exact same problem. Only I had to buy a little "mirror on a stick" at Harbor Freight to see the little release tab I had to push down. This video was a "life saver" for me. If you're anywhere near Ann Arbor Mi I owe you a beer.
Hey Craig, glad you were able to get it fixed bud!
Good video. Mine would not drain so I followed your instructions and found my drain motor worked so I found that the drain hose was somehow clogged. Cleared that and works great.
Now I need to figure out why it is not drying.
Your video helped me and saved me a trade call fee for my home warranty…. Thank you!!
Great to hear!
Thanks for the input !! 👍
Thanks for watching and thanks for the tip Tex!
Nice! Glad you got the dishwasher repaired 👍
Great tip Mike ! Thanks for watching :)
Good work 👍
My problem was a piece of glass too. Thanks for posting such a great video.
I'm sure my wife will be thrilled she can now use the dishwasher. Happy anniversary, here's your gift. 😂😂
Right on!!
I had the exact same problem, and this was the fix. I would never have known how to remove the motor, which it turns out is much simpler than I expected. Thanks so much!
Good job Ed 👍

Same!
Nice! Good work Tom!!
Great video, mine had a piece of glass just like yours. Fixed it right up. I would have been scared of breaking that pump, thanks for showing how you got it off. Thanks again, you're a good man.
Thanks Eric!!
Thank you! Just saved me $200+ and several days of hand washing dishes!
Hey Ben, glad the video helped 😃
Thanks for the video. I had the same problem. Dishwasher would not drain. Turned out to be glass stuck in the pump. In 5 minutes, this video shows what other videos take up to 15 minutes to show.
Glad it helped thanks for watching!
Thanks for all the info! I was able to pull the pump off and I found a piece of a zipper! The last homeowner was on some other type of dishwashing!
Glad you got it fixed 👍
Thank you.
Good job Gordon glad you got it fixed!
Thank you! Similar situation. Piece of broken glass stuck in the fins of the pump. Removed and it’s working perfect again.
Thanks, was going to buy a new dishwasher but I watched your video and fixed my washer in 10 minutes. Keep up the good work!
Glad to hear that David!
THANK YOU! I fixed my clog by myself, after removing a paper towel from the drain pump line - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
Glad it helped!
Two sunflower seeds i found in the drain .. It works perfectly now.. Your a good man.. Thank you..
Thank you! Even though my husband did the fixing, I was able to diagnose with the help of your video. There was a piece of melted plastic in the motor.
Awesome Laura glad that you got it fixed!
Great video. Got mine out and a really thin rubber band was wrapped around the impeller. Couldn't get it out completely so it's fubar and will be replaced later today. Thanks for the step by step.
Good work fixing it Nate 👍
This is the video I've been hoping to find!!!
I had a piece of glass almost the exact same size caught in mine! My wife has her dishwasher back, and I'm being called a hero now. Thanks, brother.
Glad I could help!
Great video, Short and to the point. I followed each step and had a toothpick in my pump. Thank you for saving me a service call
Nice Lorrie thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for this video, this was the exact issue my dishwasher pump had, followed your instructions and had the drain pump up and running in 5 minutes !!
Heck ya !!
Thanks so much for this video!!! Fixed it in 10 and saved $150 to have someone look at it.
Nice Brooke 👍
thank you for this video! my situation was a bit weird.
Right on Tom 🍻
Thank you for this video. I had a piece of plastic just like your glass piece and after removing it, drained perfectly. Thank you and God bless!
Saved me so money!! Big chunks of glass, how they get thru the filer is bananas
YA it's crazy. Like socks getting into the drain pump/filter on a washer
Thanks a million. Did it exactly how you showed. Had a similar piece of glass in mine. I do recall having a broken glass in there a few days ago. Took about 15 minutes thanks to your video.
That’s awesome! Glad you got it working !
Thanks a million from Ireland, you saved going out and buying a new dishwasher !!!👏👏👏
Glad I could help!
Oh my God bro I just wanna thank you you save me so much money I went in. I did everything you said I found shards of glass by the motor fan got it out and it working again like brand new.👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽1/23/24
Glad it helped! thanks for watchin :)
Thanks! This video gave me the confidence to open up my water pump and find the glass shard blocking it
Your video was so helpful! Followed your instructions and found a plastic tab that was jamming the pump. Thanks again for helping DIY folks!
Glad it helped!
😀 Your video was the first to come up and fixed my problem within minutes! Thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
Followed your instructions and removed a piece of broken glass all is well now. Thanks some much for make this video. Cheers
Thank You.
Also, dont do like i did, I purchased a new garbage disposal and forgot to remove the knockout plug for the dishwasher hose. I was almost ready to remove the dishwasher motor, but decided to look at the manual on troubleshooting tips....i know.... what a duh! My PSA for today.
Perfect! Fixed my own dishwasher in less than an hour! Sure was a piece of broken glass. Thanks!
Oh my gosh! This was exactly our problem!! Thank you for putting this video together as it helped us solve our problem and SAVED us MONEY too!! Your video was easy to follow, easy to understand, was the perfect length of time, and quality too!!! Great job :-)

Thank you so very much for your video, less than 20 minutes and I got it fixed. So much money saved! It was a piece of plastic stuck in there!
Ditto! Same model, same issue/problem. A small piece of glass impeding the impeller. Thanks a million!!!!!!
Perfect! Had the exact same issue with the exact same dishwasher. Saved me an expensive repair call. Thank you!
