Thank you so much for such brief guide. I really tried to enjoy this game, but it was too much grinding that is not fun at all, and I stopped playing PSP version. BTW, my favorite GBA game was Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, and it so much fun, easier, nice story, allowed and forbidden actions, judges, etc. I like this type of games, such as Joan of Arc on PSP, etc. Looking forward to see more content like this. This is the manual way to do it. But not recommended if you want to take your characters to lvl 99. And even more if you want to level and de-level your characters for stat gains. Might take so long using focus manually. I used to leave one last enemy alive then power/speed break it, then use the AI coward, then your team will run away from the enemy and use focus/tailwind or other ability among themselves. But the best way to level up automatically for me is to speed break and toad the enemy, power break everyone. Toad your own team (optional) except for the person casting berserk, berserk your team. Some people turn the last person into stone but I just self-berserk the last person too. I like to remove my team’s weapons before the battle, also I need someone with the knight (power/speed break), black mage (toad) and mystic/orator (berserk) skills, manafont for the mages or something that helps their mp is good as passive skills, survival skills for the non-casters like auto-potion/regeneration etc. No offensive reaction skills because they don’t give exp/JP.
What I like to do is have the 2 starting chemists unlock mages in the first battle, then attack a level 1 character for toad JP. The lower the level of the attack target, the less exp you get. Then just turn party into toads and attack a level 1 to stay low level.

You can also disregard bthe focus thing to prevent over leveling

What do you think about using the dancer to level up? Brave/PA reliant but slows multiple enemies at once
I do agree with dancer, but to get to dancer needs a lot of different classes to attain her. With this you can do it almost immediately.

Oh definitely. Dancer does miss a lot though, but I would still use that class more than knight once I have a character attain it.

Berserk toad auto leveling is way better... but this works until you are able to do that
