Please don’t get offended but my Tamil friends say that kuchipudi is just a form of bharatnatayam that was developed from Tamil Brahmins who I factored this in Madurai and moved to villages in Andhra, where they forced people to learn it there

Bharatanatyam used to be performed only in temples and kuchipudi was more like a play. Now days the only way to tell a difference is to see that kuchipudi is more expressional (nritya) and bharatanatyam uses more steps (nritta). Also, kuchipudi was not founded by tamil brahmins.....I'm not offended or anything but just giving you info. (Btw I'm also a Kuchipudi dancer) Lastly, no one forced anyone to learn.

This performance has some of the coolest rhythm in it. 1:08 I think one voice is doing triplets while the other is still in quarter meter? I don't think I've ever experienced both simultaneously like that in music before
Bro, Kuchipudi is definitely the toughest. My sister just gave up and shifted to Bharatnatyam. She said in her class, there were only 12 Kuchipudi students, compared to 200+ Bharatanatyam students. I didn't realise what she meant then. But seeing this,.... man this is ultra pro max.😂
