To all of you who come here and watch this video i say, Thank you! I feel humble, that a simple and fun at the time like this one hás been so well received through out the youtube Modeling comunity.
This is so relaxing. This is the first Titanic model I ever built back a few years ago. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for the beginner modeler, but this is definitely one of if not the best, most accurate R.M.S. Titanic model to date.
When i look at Revell kits i feel they are like book with beautiful cover. You open it and face bitter reality. I think these are suitible in most cases (due to fitting issues and sometimes crappy instructions) for highly advanced modellers or folks with angel's patience. Which doesn't mean there are no good Revell kits out there. They are just demanding.
Beautiful build on that titanic model. I love how you stretched the plastic to make rigging for the stacks and poles. I’m just going to use black thread on mine but I’m not doing the smokestacks either but would look nice.
I bout a Japanese or I don’t now if it’s Japanese not the ship is called Argentina Maru.I bought at a mall in japan and stoped making it for a long time. Some day I will finish it maybe even graduating after middle school .This video inspired me to finish her up.
I absolutely love this Although everytime I've ever made one I've never done the rigging nor have I ever done the decals Those are always the hardest part for me so I usually just left them off
Great work. However I used copper winding wire from a phone charger for rigging. Excellent to work with. There should have been red piping on exhaust stacks. I also installed a 4 watt auto bulbs (4)in the interior hull and ran fibre optic stands (from a nite light of all things)through out the deck and stacks and masts by drilling tiny holes. By drilling numerous other thru the hull it gave lighting along the sides. I must say I started the model in 1987. Finished it in 2018 after it was in storage for 17 years. I’m good. Just sidetracked out of Canada teaching in Hawaii. O well. Still an excellent build by this video. Revell. The best but now all made in germany 🇩🇪
Daniel Randerson Germans are world renowned for their experience in making literally everything close to perfect and good quality. The Tiger 1 tank for example was extremely hard to take down
F.B.I. Yeah I’m aware of this fact. However during my continued finish, I requested new replacements of decals, flags that deteriorated, from germany, after now 15 months, no reply. So I made them myself from flags found on packaging on different product labels. I’m not saying the company ignores me, just never received. In the olden day the company replied or sent within weeks.
Thanks for posting this. You did a great job. Appreciate the care you took in building this and all the supply references. Nice to see an expert at work.
Imagine what Thomas Andrews would've felt after knowing that the Ship which he designed and worked on for so long is not even going to complete her maiden voyage and will be going down killing thousands of people.
OUTSTANDING. Impressive. I am not particularly into ships (which often seem to me way more complex than aircraft), but this view on the most famous (and probably most beautiful too) ship ever built has certainly caught my attention in more than one detail, namely all that detailing on the deck. Magnificent work.
As a modeler you do fantastic work.as a model its horrible. The molds that they are using would be better suited for building the bottom of the sea version of the ship😀😀. But your attention to detail is above board sir... Nice work!!
excelente modelo, solo difiero un poco con el uso del plástico estirado del sprue, con un hilo o alambre delgado, hubiera sido mejor el efecto, solo un comentario, felicidades de igual forma, gran trabajo. saludos
+TacticalJackalope Hello Andy! Again thank you very much! It was a fun build dispite all issues with the kit, operator error and all... thanks for being here and wishing you strength!
And remember "Only the three forward compartments can flood If the fourth forward compartment floods it'll certainly mean The death of her".... Sorry I seen that on a Titanic documentary I am fascinated about the history And the ship itself She was a beautiful and elegant ship. Awesome build My friend!
I bought tis kit in 90s... built it but I was still a kid back then....I built it and it look more worst..still keep it as reminder how bad me as a kit modeller.....I enjoy your video...nice job...
I *love* this model and I think your amazing attention to detail has proved worth the buy however I am a big Titanic fan and I saw that you put brown paint on-top of the railings on the poop deck too look like wood but there wasn’t actually any wood there it was a minor detail at 21:29 and doesn’t effect the model at all and it still looks wonderful!
I have to say I am blown away by your attention to detail. This build doesn't only display your natural experience in building these models but also that you have a talent for them. Well done dude. From Dan in the UK.
Thanks again for sharing, Alex! It was always a great pleasure to watch your video. And the result is like, from me, expect a beautiful model. I do not know how but it comes in the videos clearly clear how much joy and how much love you in the construction of the models stuck. For me it is always motivating to build further, when the mojo has gone. Thanks a lot for this.
Thank you very much Frank! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for a always positive and kind comment... thanks.. this kit was a bit complicated.. not all plastic fited well, lots of flash... but in the end with all its small issues im satisfied with the result!
That can you be, because it is an Reell Kit, i came from a Town near that Seller. Most of there Kits are reselled from another manufactor. And i must say,i want by the Kits of them but i don`t like to have stress building it. Alex, no back to your builds, i am a great Fan of that what you and how it do, thats it. Have much more fun for a ong time in this beautful hobbie. A nice weekend for you and your people.

May it be very usefull to you! And keep modeling!!
@@AlexModeling I'm a bit confused with the strings because I don't quite understand how the hell use them...and you didn't....🤣
Never, I repeat, never store your completed model in the freezer near the ice cube tray.
Why?
@@RobloxFoxStudios because an iceberg was the reason the real titanic sank so the comment is a funny sarcastic joke
@@SimpleAviation55 oh lol
😂
Hahahahaha, gostei
One of the better Titanic builds. Even the rigging is accurate, 10 out of 10. Nicely done Alex.

Hi Alex! Glad to see you are back. Nice work! It makes me want to start my smaller version that is in my stash.
+Doug Roy hello Doug! It was a bit od a troublesome kit! Not all pieces fited well as you can see on the video... but in the end its worth it
Super nice build Alex.
Good to see you back Alex. Hope you are well b nice work on the Titanic mate
Hello my friend! thank you... i hope all is well with you and your family! :)
Thats way better than mine cool gret job
I only have one complaint. The last sting on the forward funnel needs to go to the second one. That's why there's that big gap in between.
You did a nice job on this. I have this model I bought in the 90s. Thinking of restoring it and using the photo etch.
Thanks again for sharing, Alex! It was always a great pleasure to watch your video. And the result is like, from me, expect a beautiful model.
