- I always want to do more works of normal sailing, I don't want every piece to be a disaster, so this time I made such a piece, in reality they are no longer possible to walk side by side, this scene can only be realized in fantasy, I hope you like it.

Gladly. My interest presently is whether any of the Olympia-class had survived? I understand that one had served as a hospital ship during the Great War of 1914-1918.

Titanic didn't get to serve in the war unfortunately
Britannic and Olympic did, till Britannica sank of the coasts of Kea in 1916
Also Olympic sank a U-Boat at one point

But real life both Titanic and Britannic based on Olympic form, so that why they were called Olympic class ships

Agreed, the Olympic was obviously the lucky one
Would have been very cool to see these three ships sailing along eachother in old films and photos if Titanic and Britannic didn't sink. But like Olympic these ships would have been scrapped in the 30's unfortunately : ( So the chance of our generation seeing them would've been ultimately impossible.
Reality is cruel, so the scenes of this work can only be fantasy.

As someone from Belfast who grew up hearing stories of these mighty vessels. Thank you for creating such a beautiful tribute to the three finest vessels to ever grace the Lagan's waters.
I love that you used Olympic's Wartime paint scheme. Iconic in it's own right.

I always find it sad that they never got the opportunity to run all 3 liners at once as intended. Can you imagine how it could have been with all three doing trans-atlantic crossings at once!

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm sure we can give them a pass since the overall product was stunning.
This actually made me a little emotional to watch, as a huge Golden age of Ocean Liners enthusiast and semi historian, I would give absolutely anything to have been able to be there in person to see these beautiful ships. Very few people remember Olympic and Britannic, it's always all about Titanic, which I find incredibly sad. But even though this is clearly three Titanic models, the detailing you have done on Olympic and Britannic is absolutely outstanding! You can be extremely proud of this work for sure! I do personally think Olympic should have been the lead ship in this diorama, because she was the actual lead ship of the three and the namesake of the class, but otherwise this is absolutely perfect! I get the feeling you would never sell this piece but if you did it would be very expensive! Perhaps you could do a diorama of HMT Olympic ramming and sinking U-103? That would absolutely fantastic!

This is so cool to see the 3 sisters sailing next to each other, and I love how you want for the different paint on the Olympic, I forgot what she was painted like that at one point but it is really cool helps tell them all apart =)

I know I'm a bit late to comment this but these models are really cool, I think other people mentioned this but it was sad to see the height of Edwardian ship building end with the Olympic class ships@@samuel-studio

This is such an impressive build, it would be a cool idea to do the same but have the fate of each ship underwater, maybe add the coordinates to the wrecks

I would've never had the skill, patience and finesse to do something like this, huge respect to you! Apart from that one picture of Olympic pulling into Belfast for repairs while Titanic was under construction, I don't remember any picture of any two of the trio next to on other. It's so incredible to see all three siblings "sailing" together.
While I appreciate the time and effort you sank into modifying the Titanic kit into Brittanic and Olympic, I must say, I do love how the three look nearly identical in their White Star liveries at 02:39. The way they were envisioned by the bosses and how they were illustrated on posters.

Britannic and Olympic was used for something else while titanic was just a ship that did nothing but travel people.
yeah but if titanic didn't sink in 1912, it would have gotten turned into a hospital ship or troop transporter ship. so it would have also been used for something else, it just that it sunk before world war 1.
Olympic was a passenger liner far longer than a troop ship
Very well done. I enjoyed watching your build.....When I built my Titanic model, I painted the insides of the wall pieces and the undersides of the decks with black paint, as to not allow the light to bleed through the white plastic.

A few minor errors on Olympic and Britannic but you could probably easily fix them
(On Olympic the A-deck promenade should be open the whole way along and on Britannic the aft well deck should be covered by another deck)
That would be very hard to do
Actually, after the titanic sank, the builders refitted Olympic and closed up the parts of a deck. And because this happened before the war, Olympic is actually pretty accurate

I don't know if you can get parts off of the hulls, but if you can I have a reccomendation.
Paint the insides of the hulls with 3 thick coats of black paint. This will prevent the light from shining through. Also, if you own a 3D printer, a redo of the Olympic's promenade deck would be an improving touch. (She had an open promenade deck from stem to stern.)
I am glad that you didn't add smoke ash to the 4th funnels.

This modeling is great, don’t get me wrong, but please see and acknowledge the giant exterior differences between the three; Olympic had a completely open A deck promenade, and Britannic’s stern well deck had a cover over it. Other than that, great work, decently accurate.
edit: also, Olympic had a makeover post-titanic which filled the boat deck with lifeboats

Very well done on all fronts including the editing. It's powerful to see them sailing together, considering White Star's vision for the three sisters verses their fate.
The irony is the three may live on in imaginations for forever only because the Titanic never completed her maiden voyage. If not for tragedy, more than likely only the most enthusiastic of enthusiasts would know anything of these three sisters. The Olympic's war service and long career on their own would capture no public interest. The Britannic lost during war with very few casualties would scarcely get mentioned in a few history books and nothing more. Titanic, no matter her fate post maiden voyage, would have never captured the public's fascination more than a century later. Larger losses of life at sea have since occurred, but who can name them?
How ironic that tragedy forged such legends. Imagine the men who built Titanic and the tremendous loss they felt at the time. It was that very loss that caused their craftsmanship to live forever in the public imagination.
I think it's ironic.

I literally had the same idea to make these three beautiful sisters in these paint scemes in 1/700 scale with the titanic model. And then this gets recommended to me. It looks absolutely beautiful. I dont think i am ready to work with resin yes it scares me hahah. I will get some good inspiration for my project so thank you😁

That’s very good but you missed some little details like Olympic A-deck is fully open , and britannic well deck is covered by the b deck ( but that still very cool and I know it’s hard to convert titanic into britannic or Olympic ;)
