Got thr exynos version . Full price uk . Deal was £100 cash back and free buds . And 1yr of disney plus . Over 7 hours of screen on time . 0 lag no over hearing . Camera is amazing
❤love my new s23fe. All and more that I need and was quite an upgrade and worth it. Thrilled with look, feel, performace, camera, speakers,Dex,i dont game so battery is good for a day. Beautiful phone. Thanks Samsung great design
I got this. Had the s20fe. The s23fe today is vanilla. The s20fe was a big hit, especially at the crazy prices of the s20 line in 2020. It's easy to overlook and discredit the s23fe because of a 2022 soc, weight and bezels. The s23 and a54 hype is long over, and the look alike s23fe gets no hype. Again I own it and it is vanilla, nothing fancy, nothing revolutionary, but it works well at what it does. I will add that the low signal reception on the s23fe is far superior to the s20fe.
I've been using this phone for a month now, and it's a total game-changer! 📱💯 With all its features and capabilities, it's definitely a flagship-level smartphone, even though it's got that "FE" label. #FlagshipFE
My issue it is choice of 8g1. It was fabricated by Samsung and notorious for bad battery life and thermals. Even if it went with 8 plus gen 1, fabricated by TSMC, I think it would have been a huge benefit. Especially since the past FE phones had the same chip as the primary flagship All of that said I do agree that when it comes to peak power people will not notice the difference. It's just performance under heavy load and battery and thermals. The fact is we've been overpowered for years with chips. Hell, I would probably rather use a phone 870 (which isn't overclocked 865 from 2020) over 888 or 8g1, because they were fabricated by TSMC instead of Samsung . The 8g2 was fabricated by TSMC and that is why it has been celebrated as such a battery champion. I tend to prefer pixels to Samsung anyway but even I can admit that I wish their chips were fabricated by someone other than Samsung and thankfully in 2025 TSMC takes over the contract to hand tensor. Samsung has a lot of strengths.... I love the colors and I love Dex. Just not crazy about the chips they fabricate and when you're making a choice on the phone and in particular between Samsung phones, I would leave heavily towards something with 8g2. Fact there are rumors that 8g3 we'll have some worrying stability store scores under load which could make it an interesting value proposition for people to consider a used s23 ultra over a brand new s24 ultra and save themselves 500 bucks and get equal or better performance under load
I'm with you. I prefer the 8 Gen 2 obviously. But if you find this phone for $500, with a larger battery then they S23 anyway, I don't mind it. The Gen 1 isn't overheating in this phone at all. Less heat than a Pixel. And like you said it's still close in most day to day stuff. So for half the price almost as an S23 and a bigger screen and battery I think some people will really prefer it over the Pixel 8. I'm personally rocking the Pixel 8 that I bought for $420 with those promos they were sending out.
Oneplus 10t ? 400€ 120hz 1080pamoled gorilla glass 5 ufs3.1 256 16gb snapdragon 8gen+1 4500mah fast charging optical fingerprint oxygen os If you are ok with a phone that lacks one ui features, oneplus 10t is amazing
How can you write a whole novel about a phone you've never used? You're basically judging THIS phone over problems of a different phone just because they have the same processor. This is what makes TH-cam comments so funny. Everyone is a phone expert even with they have 0 experience to relay.
@ChillydontCap 8gen1 was overheating in every phone that had that chip and it throttles really fast and too much , even snapdragon 855 has better gaming performance than 8gen1 based on Geekerwans gaming tests and benchmark tests And 855 was the snapdragon flagship chip of 2019 , this is ridiculous, thank god Qualcomm got back to tsmc
@ChillydontCap I got s23fe as a present and it's awful. I AM USING phone and it's absolutely awful rubbish. Very bad battery life, poor unquality camera, very old exynos chip( snapdragon only in the USA!) No even a free charger for 700 euros...😂😂 that's the price in Europe!
Bought this for my 10 year old son as his 1st phone. and it's perfect for him. These kind of phones should exist for this type of market. Not everyone needs flagship specs. Got it from Verizon free with new line activation. Original snapdragon does fine.
I think it works just fine. The exynos version has about the same performance as the Snapdragon one. But the battery life is slightly better on the Snapdragon device. But not by a lot
I have this phone now i like it dose what i need it to do then some.. came from a s21+ that the speaker went out on.. but i got this phone replace it and i like it
I guess it depends on expectations? I think this phone is pretty good, but sorry you're not enjoying it. Cricket is hit or miss, depending on your plan, and your area, they use ATT, which isn't really the best carrier. They can be in certain places, but not in others.
A very good deal for that price. The cameras are about 90% as good as the Galaxy S23 Ultra or S24 Ultra anyway. The main camera is great, and again you won't really notice much of a performance dip. Saving hundreds and hundreds of dollars but getting 90% of the same thing anyway. A very good choice for you especially since you got the buds too
Got mine on boxing day from Bell for $1.44 a month on a 2 year plan and buds for $20. For someone who came from an old A series phone its been great so far!
It's just a bad overall deal for most people. The design is effectively just leftover parts from the A54 with the internals of the S22. While that doesn't make it a bad device, it just makes it seem like you are getting Samsung's leftovers. For marginally more money you can buy the S23 which has a much more efficient chip and better overall specifications.
Well I agree with you generally at the retail price, I cover reviews from a different angle. You have to remember that this device has went on sale even significantly lower than some other devices. I'm pretty sure I saw it for like $350 during the crazy holiday sales. For that price, it was completely unbeatable. Even if you see it for $450, this is better than the a54. It's a pretty good phone. If you find a good sale. And you don't want to go through used websites, I think it's a good option, again, when on sale
I get about 5 to 7 hours, it just depends on the day. Battery life is okay, not the best, but not bad, similar to the regular S23, maybe a little better.
This phone is so supposed to be bridge from the A54 to the standard S23 but in fact is a misfit. Weaker battery than the A54 and standard S23. Not to mention the 8 Gen 1 was Blacklisted from Geekbench from GOS idling the Processor. I can only imagine how much worse the Excuse-nos Processor is. Should've gotten a 8 Plus Gen 1 at the very least.
I get why you would be frustrated by the device in general. But I would still pick this over the A54. The performance is better, even if the battery life isn't. Overall, it does appear to be a better device and I have had both
Got the 256gb version for the price of the regular model and so far its amazing even with the exynos soc. I never experienced the overheating issue by far battery takes me a day with minimal gaming, around 6 hours on screen time.
Yep! A review will come but I've just got 500 more videos to release too. I love it. Basically even with exynos it feels pretty fast, a nice upgrade from this processor, better battery life and it's the size of the s24 plus. A great phone honestly
I like the S23 FE phone over the A35. Seems like the S23 FE is much better built. I can't afford the "big screen" phones like the S24 Ultra (or seven the S24+), the Pixel 9 Pro XL, or even the foldable phones. Don't know much about the OnePlus phones (12 or 12R). Can't even find OnePlus phone accessories at the local Best Buy (case, screen protector, etc.) Not into gaming or even the Apple iPhones. Presently, I have an A51.
Yeah. The s23 Fe is going to be a good bet for you. The OnePlus 12R is definitely a terrific value. But you will definitely have to buy a case on Amazon or something
@@stuartzimmermann4180dont bother. Everyone in youtube comments is an expert whether they've actually used the phone or not. Its pointless really. They're spec sheet readers.

It's pretty good for the money!
How much storage do you have, and is it enough for your use?
I ended up selling my iphoke 15 pro for this and bought it. As I wanted to come to android again. I'm loving it
Same damm good on s23fe
I am sure that it is the best phone you can buy in this price range. This is my first time paying for a Samsung phone and it's worth it.
It's definitely great for the money

The speakers and the display are better than the S23 Ultra. The only con it has are the bezels.
