Something I always think about is that when comparing photos from phones a good metric is the RAW files they produce. That's actually how the image sensor saw the image. The JPG is the way the phone processed the RAW data to create a more aesthetic image. That's what over saturates and blows out the contrast on the image. A JPG isn't a good way to compare images from different phones. The purpose of a JPG is small file size. To do that it sacrifices data that it thinks isn't needed to represent the image. It remaps color which effects saturation, and strips out detail from bright and dark areas which effects contrast. That original data is still in the RAW file though.
I used to think why do people hate exynos soo much (like you do) and then when i played games (minecraft and gensin ) It was DISAPPOINTING to see little stutters with the LOWEST settings that too with Extreme heat like no joke i thought my hands are gonna burn just holding the phone. so yeah that's my experience with exynos and hating on it still
The reason people compare this one to the a54, is because the body, dimensions, design, bezels are the same, with the exception of material of the frame. It wouldn't surprise me when the cases would fit both😏. For sure the performance, wireless charging and camera is different and that's why you pay more, lots of people don't care, to them it looks the same and it does! Besides that, good review!👍
I tried regarding the case but the side buttons are not at the same place between the A54 and S23 FE. Moreover, I did not check if the rear camera lens layout and depth are the same.
Except the bezels, this is a good phone actually. The vaporchamber works fine according to the benchmarks. The CPU can retain 75% of its power. According to RON TEK's benchmark video. I think it's better than the similarly priced s22. No need for 8 gen 1.
I heard it performs a bit better than s22 so I guess this is more reasonable than the previous flagship. I have s23u. I'm curious how this fairs out w the flagship. Fine cameras. Not bad at all
Honestly, the only thing about the bezel I hate is the nonuniform thickness. The chin is slightly thicker than the other edges. I would much prefer equal but thicker bezel than thin but unequal bezel.
If you are planning to get the S23 FE i would recommend the S22+ from last year's S series flagship. It would have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip rather than the Exynos 2200. 😊
Something that the review didn't highlight is that the Exynos variant are running in hot after long usage compared to the Snapdragon variant. Sadly, for us in the asian market we are getting the inferior Exynos variant..
The hate on the Exynos CPU (never had one, but so much hate must be for a reason) and that samsung/apple bullshit of not include a charger, while charging the same retail price, are the reasons why I am looking other options in the market.

The 📱 charges fast for me, so I'm not sure where the creator is getting that it doesn't charge fast. It's also the perfect size at 6.4".
