@@namecheap I just purchased a new domain and had an issue with ssl and I have been waiting for them to respond but things seems to take too much time.
the response rate is just way too much.
our client putting pressure.
we are able to pay for premium customer service instead of just waiting until someone just shows up.
we are business owner and we dont have time to wait for that long.
it is better to have a premium for quick response
