Awesome tutorial. Just that d major chord is missing the 5th (on twelve fret of A string). It’s made she plays the note along with the harmonic all with the pinky.
the trick is you have to touch the string right above the metal fret. Don't push down and play the note, just slightly rest your finger on the string. Try looking up 'natural harmonics' on youtube. Hope this helps! :)

I really don't understand the harmonic and need help, it never sounds as high as it needs to and I don't know what I am doing wrong ):
