If this home could talk, for it's age, I'm sure it would have a lot to say. It looks nice, and will make a great home for the right person. I'd rather have a pet friendly park (I gotta have at least a dog), plus I've got 13 years and some change until I can retire. One thing that impresses me about this home is that it's withstood every hurricane for nearly 72 years. That says a lot about the structural soundness of the home as well as the quality of workmanship that was put into it. God bless!

Taxes and insurance are going up, trailers pay minimal.These usually include h20 and trash. Seniors can only maintain so much, arn't isolated and look after each other.
