Yep! I actually do like that! The way you described this particular Cross Hybrid model is probably the way I would get one Brian! I do like having lumbar support however on my driver’s seat! I really think the way this particular model is configured, I would be perfectly satisfied with it! I always appreciate you sharing these with us! From a subscriber for life! Thanks again Brian! I’m still here too. Mark in Iowa!
Yes this is the best version. Thanks for stopping by! Your comment made my day and thank you so much! Are you getting the heat wave too? We’re on day 4 of the mid 90s and high AQI
Yep I love manual seats too. As you say they’re fast and easy to adjust. The higher trims have electric drivers seat with no memory function, which is a real pain when you have more than one regular driver and they differ in preferred seat position. That’s one reason not to buy the higher trim. If you must have electric seats then surely memory function is a must have.
Cross Hybrid was not out yet when I was looking at cars so I went with the Rav4 hybrid (2023). But this is more like the car I came from, the Matrix. Now that I have it, I love my Rav, but I would have been happy with the Cross as well. I definitely do the "rest the hand on the touchscreen bezel" trick when driving. :) It was weird at first having a car with a giant screen right there, but I like it now. I am glad they have kept traditional buttons for the climate control (so far). Honestly I hardly touch them since I just turn the dial to adjust the temp. My previous car didn't have the thermostat like that, it was all manual adjustments. I love your reviews! :)
Hi Brian, I have a question. On my 2024 RAV4, am I able to scan radio stations as in frequencies from the buttons on my steering wheel. I can scan preselected radio stations, but what I mean is to pick up the strongest signals if I’m on a trip as in a frequency in that local area or town. The old type radios were easy. Cheers.
Yes, this is a great competitor to the Crosstrek. Considered Corolla Cross Hybrid only costs a few thousand dollars more and surely will get money's worth at the gas station.
Brian, love your videos / tutorials. Best out there. I can't find a complete one for the 2024 Corolla XLE (gas) which I will be getting mid October. Do you have a complete video? freddy
@ hi Brian . Thanks again for your reply . It says price is $31564 and the sale price is $30427. The options it has is nothing really . Door edge guards/ mudguards /alloy wheel locks and all weather liner package . Thanks again
@@mele2259 $1,100 Off of MSRP is decent in this new market. Many dealers are still at MSRP (if they’re all selling out before arrival). If you like the car, go for it. If they get you to $29,995, I’d take it. We each have our own deal. Anything under MSRP is good in my eyes. If it’s affordable, and the dealer treated you well, and you love the car, ask for a little bit more and take the car!
Hate to be that person but pls be more active🥹 ppl are getting new Toyotas and don’t even know they have one touch up/down windows (tho it’s Toyotas fault for cost cutting and putting switches w no labels) or even auto lights.

Hi John,
From my understanding scanning only works via screen. You’d go to apps>toyota>music>fm/am>(tap the station playing)>channel +-
