DOES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM FIGHT AGAINST CANCER? | Intro to Cancer Immunology

  • Let’s talk about why and how we know the immune system does protect us against cancer (and address lots of conflicting evidence too)! This video largely focuses on the protective role of the immune system in cancer, but as I mentioned, the immune system’s role in cancer is far more complex. Cancer cells evolve to evade immune responses and the immune system can even promote cancer! More on all of this will be coming in future videos on the channel, so definitely SUBSCRIBE and give it a LIKE if you enjoy it! 😉

A double blessing getting a video on both your channels. A interesting & informative video. I have had a interest what the immune systems role in Cancer and other infections/ diseases ( probably because so many of my non vegan friends have been affected by cancer). It's those with the weakest immune system that have been affected the most as far as the symptoms of the current pandemic are concerned. Love 🥰 this video and love 💕 Holly.

Thanks for the video. It would be nice to hear how you changed your lifestyle (for example, diet) after you learned more about cancer.

Could we inject a tumor with something the immune system easily fights? Maybe bacteria as a form of immunotherapy?
