You should have started it for us so we could have seen the truck start up like it should....but hey, i get it, it fixed!!! Thanks for the great informative video !!!
Best description I’ve seen on TH-cam! Thx Mine is working properly. Cycles three time to feel warmth. But it will not start when cooler outside. If I plug in block heater it will start. Next step is to test each injector by blocking one off at a time.
Here's what I did..... Fusible links???? Forget them! I just replaced those 2 fusible cables with regular wires....forget the fuse factor....it just constantly puts the voltage you need to the relays.. It worked great .cheap and easy
I’ve seen this cable assembly about 40ish, after market. Amazon has the fusible link available. I’m a diy’r. I have a 95 12valve I thinking I have issues with my grid heater. At 32 degrees it is a bear to start. Thanks
The only video that actually showed the wiring locations and gave an explanation, excellent video.
Thanks for watching 🤙

it may be working, but may also be partially burned out, I would take an amp reading on it when its on and compare to a known good one
@@FlippinCustomized how would it flow current if it’s partially burnt out?
Great video with thorough explanation
Thank you 🙏

BRILLIANT! you helped me solve the same problem, thank you.
Great glad it helped
I like your idea of moving the fusible link over to the power distribution box... Dodge should have done that...
Thanks man
Thak you for a very informative video very well done!
Thank you 🙏

I bet that’s it, verify with volt meter
Great job.
Thanks 🙏
What if the wait to start light never turns on
You have a separate issue possibly with the control circuit that turns the relays on
@@FlippinCustomized would connecting the battery backwards damage the ECU ? I ask because, some mistakes were made lol.
It use to run perfectly before
Usually ecm failure
