Make artifacts re-rollable with nitra. Sorry I also have to add pickled nitra and gold tipped bullets with nitra and gold scanner is OP for the end game. Had damage at +450%ish once and it popped the boss.
Honeslty I wouldn't mind using gold or even nitra for rerolling artifacts and overclocks. A high resources cost should be able to balance out how strong good artifacts and overclocks are.

Yeah either way. I'd like to be able to roll them. Being able to control your build a bit is important in these games
