You should have used the electric signature more than the scimitars - it gets more enemies, seemed to do more damage and recharged the signature bar. But otherwise an interesting build! Maybe retry but with different arcana?

I think the sand beam change is a nerf actually? If I read correctly it does the same damage per tick/instance of damage? What it seems to me is that they increased the time between the ticks. For excample instead of Damage - tick - damage - tick - damage It is now Damage - tick - tick - damage - tick - tick - damage. This is a nerf to the beams

Some huge improvements for multi-player. Maybe not my best run but I still have fun no matter what 😄

9:43 Not having red hearts is not a bad thing at all. Health is a resource in the same way coins are. Trading away a heart container (or two) for a powerful item is usually a worthwhile deal. In this case in particular, the ceremonial robes literally pays itself off by giving you two black hearts in exchange for 2 red hearts. **DO NOT BE AFRAID TO USE RED HEALTH AS A RESOURCE** The *only* difference between red hearts and soul/black hearts is that you need a container to hold red health. And taking red health damage screws over your devil/angel deal chance. Adding in case you don’t know: taking red health damage drastically lowers your chance at getting a devil deal/angel deal. Devil deals cost heart containers, angel deals are free. Preventing any red heart damage is your best bet to getting these deals, so not having any containers at all ensures you won’t lose your deal chance. You’ll find there are plenty of characters who do not use red health at all.

When enhancing arcana pay attention to the right because the buffs dont always add together. For example at 34:09 its doesnt stack to 20% signature on use, it stays at 10%

You can blow up rocks next to pits to create little bridges if I remember correctly.

Not sure if you realize this but game audio is delayed.

Would the relic that gives you 3 gold as a revenge effect and the cursed relic that gives you 20% damage resistance in exchange for 3 gold per hit cancel each other and become free 20% damage resist?

I don’t think his blessing is any good either… maybe if you got it down to an instant cast. Maybe a plus 3-5%. It’s trash.

I used to speedrun this game against a roommate all the time, so many fond memories from early days of Isaac. Stoked you are giving this a go, might have to get back into it myself.

I find issac go be an annoying game without knowledge, it feels almost unfair without the item description mod or extensive knowledge so i HIGHLY recommend that mod :) dead god push?
