Mike, you're skills seem to have no end, and that is one of the reasons I watch your videos. Your choice of music is a bonus, especially when machinery is involved. Love seeing the beauty of your yard in all its glory, as well. 💖💖

Thank you Leanne! We should have some more projects coming once the heat lets up.

Well deserved sponsor. I hope you guys get many more. And such precise craftsmanship and such beautiful wood being crafted. I can imagine it smells incredible. This is one of the reasons I’m surprised you said you’re not good at math. It’s still hard to believe. Conspiracy theory. You’re secretly working for the Pentagon, NASA, Apple and Mattel and don’t want anyone to be suspicious. Well. Get ready for TikTok to blow up, buddy!
Also love seeing the trees blossom. True gems on the property.

For small projects you can dry green wood in a microwave oven if you do it on lower heat and dry it in stages while checking progress with a moisture meter. The oven will set wood on fire if it is left in too long.

Our heat index here in Central Texas matched yours today. Definitely a good day to stay inside. Summer needs to go away.

The grounds, trees and planets look spectacular.
You've both done such a fabulous job on everything.
I'm so extremely happy for you both being able to get all things worked out with this property and didn't have to sell.
I absolutely love people of your caliber in today's world. You're greatly needed and truly appreciated, even from afar. Thank you for all you share.

The trees are putting on a spectacular show in your yard this year. What a shame that it's too hot to be outside to enjoy. Appreciate getting the chance to see the blooms.
Palmetto beetles are basically cockroaches on steroids. We get them here in SW Ontario also. And, well... just plain old YUCK! 😬
    Cheers M&J!

Ooo, we haven't had any index over 104°! Our crape myrtle is also in bloom, but it is lavender. Your color is what they call "watermelon." It is the color I personally like, but you get what was already planted. 😊

So true! There are some examples of a bright red trees around the area. Those ones really pop.

Mike, you have so much knowledge when it comes to your tools. I’ve learned quite a bit from your information.
I must say Jeannie sure looked cute in her pretty white dress. She looked like a true southern bell with her dress n hair in a ponytail. Yes, it certainly is hot. It seems it’s like that everywhere. I’m usually outside doing something, stripping furniture or doing a craft but not lately here in Florida Aug n Sept are our hottest months. The humidity is unbearable. Can’t wait till October.
Thanks again for sharing your wonderful knowledge.
    ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍🌟

Thank you for all the router instruction. Like a lot of things, it looks easy but there are definitely techniques and cautions!

Your trees are beautiful! Are they crape myrtles? We have those here in Oklahoma but they are usually big shrubs here, not trees. It is about the same temperature here 🥵 At least the heat gives you time to work on your amplifiers though. They look great!

Those trees grow huge here in the deep south and they bloom like crazy. They seem to need high heat for them to bloom.

I thought the work you did in the basement was going to help get AC and Heat up stairs. Did I misunderstand? I can Empathize with you at about 12 midnight
on the 21st of July we were awaken by a
loud noises. Sounded like the washer was off centered. Like when all towels go to one side on spin cycle. Only thing no wash was
being done. So my grabbed a flash light and
followed the sound. It lead to the blower
motor. Seems the weld on one of the spokes of the Squirrel cage broke. Trying to find a replacement for a over 40yr old system is not easy. We have been told just get a new one.😂😂😂 Thankfully we have a couple of window air units we are making do with. I think I may have said in past we live in Phoenix,AZ 🤷🏼‍♀️What ya gonna do. Life goes on. Have a great week guys. Oh I forgot to say we just had it charged on the 15th of July. I did blow nice and cold for the week.💁🏼‍♀️👍🏻

We had to reroute the existing ductwork to gain access to the Eastern side of the crawlspace. It's back in there where we have to run utilities to the attic. Congrats on keeping your system running for 40 years! I would pull the blower out and have it rewelded. 🙂

The trees were beautiful and so was Jennie. Summer does have it's good points. Blooms and sundresses. I love the heat but most of my family does not. I might feel differently if i experienced humidity. Stay cool.🌞😎❤️🤍💙
