If you want several people to be able to edit the same document, can you just share your document with them via a link? Is there any advantage to buying a more advanced version that allows you to add users? (I realize the advanced versions come with more storage space, I'm just interested in the group editing feature).

Do you have any experience with moving 2 box accounts into 1 and what happens with the links? If I move my files from one box to another, will the links still work? Would the links of the transferred materials still be the same? And will they work?

As an older viewer, very rapid speech is difficult. Sometime I have abandoned a video due to speech issues. Leila who does the Excel tutorials is an excellent example of how to communicate.
I'm studying a course and the tutor has recommended this app for android users but has no instructions. The coursework is online and opens via links so that you can print it off for reference, it doesn't actually download as files. How do I use box so I can link or download the files so I can see them offline like a word file as my tutor assumes this app would allow?

Can you search the contents of your files in box.com? Also is there any good programs that can OCR any new documents I load up to box.com?
