It appears to be type C and standard USB on the other end. It does come with the charging cable. The great news is we haven't had to charge it yet and that's with most nights below freezing.
Hi. Yes we are happy with it. The downsides are that it doesn't alert to cars coming up the driveway only once people get out. Also there can be a small delay getting the alert. Our 4G phone gets them faster than one that's 5G. Not sure if that's the difference but something we noticed. Overall I like the camera, photo quality and no subscription costs is awesome.
Hi @@PaxRufrax It doesn't have a spot light. I do see small red lights around the camera itself when it is activated but it's not that noticeable. They do sell spot lights versions.

Eufy carries the solar panel that works with the cam u set up ..its called eufycam solar panel for continuous charging ....and they do have solar cam but since u already have the solo cam the panel will be a great addition
No it only detects people. We have deer, quail and turkeys around our property and those have not set it off. If you want to detect animals you might look at a different model or go with a game camera.

Thank you for watching and commenting. You don't need the eufy home base just the memory card inserted in the camera.

Does it have a motion activated spotlight rather than a 'light alarm' that flashes?

U can get the solar panel plugged into it so u won't have to remove to charge
