Kreyol Essence is a great oil. However, for those on a budget, Arin Edohr has 100% HBCO at 4 oz. for $22. Their 2 oz. is $11. No it does not have Kreyol Essence’s fragrances and might be a little heavy for some types of hair. However, your hair benefits should be the same. You can always add you favorite essential oil for a better fragrance. I am sure we can find other brands that have 100% HBCO at a lower price. Just trying to give options for those of us on a budget in search for a great product. Peace to all.

Chocolate is a migraine trigger for me when i eat it. . I do not think my head will appreciate it seeping in my scalp either😅 hope they have just plain vanilla or any other scents without chocolate? Even if its just chocolate scent.. i am paranoid 😓

Most are either Dark Amber Color or Black. I've used it all of my life and there's definitely a Huge difference from the JBCO. A little bit goes a long way-don't be too heavy-handed. Don't get me wrong most Castor Oils including the clear cold press castor oil are good for the Hair and other uses, *_but some are way better than others-Haitian Castor Oil being one._* People sometimes think the Blacker the Castor Oil the better. *_That Black Color in the Jamaican Castor oil is just Burnt Ashes that do nothing for the Hair._* Has Zero benefits. It's just ashes that give its distinct color.
Jamaican Castor oil just made its way into the Natural Hair market at the beginning of the Natural Hair Boom reaching widespread popularity but *_it's not the best out of all the oils._** HBCO is cheaper on Etsy and another Online site. You can sometimes get a whole Gallon for under $30. BUT BEWARE, make sure it's the Authentic Stuff.*
Plenty of people love jbco for it's benefits, so you don't get to descrédito it by saying it does nothing for hair. And JBCO has been made and used for generations also, don't be rude

I don't know why, I just don't like the jamaican castor oil on my hair? It made my scalp & hair feel gritty. I didn't see growth or anything of significance 😕.

Jamaica black castor is not good for my hair either. I like Jamaican Black Castor for my skin. It is great for moisturizing skin after cleansing.

i just bought the lighter formula one yesterday to help my curls not be so dry and frizzy. put it in last night and woke up this morning with my hair super soft and curl groupings starting to form after one use! can’t wait to keep using it and the smell is so nice and fruity 🥰.

I just recently started using it and I love it as well. I was so skeptical at first because I seen the owners on Shark Tank and was afraid that when they got an investor, they would change or manipulate the ingredients and it would not ne beneficial to the African textured hair anymore. I have had that experience with a lot of products before who goes from the original owners to partners or someone else all together. I love it tho.
I just left Whole Foods … as an Amazon Prime member I got it for around $14.00 on sale? Bought 2… there wasn’t much left to buy…💕💕💕

Going to Ulta Tomorrow
One of my friends let me smell the Mango, Papaya & Coconut it smells soooooo yummy! I found this line a the shampoo conditioner and mask at TJ Maxx for $10 a few weeks ago. I needed something for my 4c hair that has been shedding. I have used it once, I want to use it a few more times to see how it does after a month.
I used that Black Vanilla spray years ago and my hair was like “no ma’am”. I haven’t used that brand ever since 🤣. Between your video and these comments, I need to get my hands on this oil!
Yesss I don’t know what it is but that spray makes my hair feel even more dry after using it!! If you find it try and get the chocolate vanilla one 🥰🥰 THE BEST!!

I’m not gonna lie I believed this helped my thin edges Grow faster. I purchased the original bottle( the smell is weird but idc) I used this after I applied the leave in conditioner and repairX Oil From TGIN and my roots are so soft moisturized.

if you’re not crazy about the smell the other scented ones are the same formula besides the mango, coconut and papaya one. that one is the thinner formula for all hair types 🥰.

I can’t say that its making my hair grow faster but it’s definitely keeping my scalp moisturized and healthy that helps my hair to grow.
I’m pretty sure if I did Jamaican Black Castor Oil on one side and Haitian Black Castor Oil on the other my hair would probably grow at the exact same speed. I just prefer the Haitian oil over the Jamaican oil now because I love it so much! ☺️🥰
