Hi, I just came across your channel. I’m happy that your hair is responding to your routine. I would love to know how do you keep your hair from going in all different directions while wearing twists? When I wake up in the morning, there is no way I can walk outside with my twists.
I always wear a scarf to bed. Depending on the length you could wake up with them stuck/smashed to your head but I would just shake them loose. I hope this helps! ☺️

I trim as needed. I think I only trimmed it once last year and that was because I had single strand knots like crazy!! Me leaving my hair out in its natural state and going to sleep like that caused so many knots. Now that I do twists I barely get them so no need to trim right now. Just feel your ends and look at them closely. Also it you plats or twists and they ends are stringy. You most likely need a trim.
