Well done, subbed!
How is the z precision with that 3d printed joint?
You already have a 3D printer. Just put a spindle on it. Same result. Lol
Any updates? Would like to see it mill 🙃
Nice build. Can you mill aluminum with tgis?
Cool
Its very good
How can i have the stl ? Pliz your work is awesome 🤩
Bonjour j’adore votre projet pouvez vous mettre le fichier step en description 😊
Suggestion, replace the spindle with a Teknomotor 600W VFD HF Spindle (or their 730W version). I put one on my woodmads WM3020 and it is .. awesome. Let's just say I have not had good experiences with the types of spindle you are using here. Lots of EMI interference is one thing, but also the run out is ... well ... bad. Not to mention the shaft on one of mine got bent out of shape on a Z-height mismatch event. Bonus, you get an ER16 or ER20 collet instead of the ER11 which opens up a lot more tool options and usually better accuracy (the ER11 stuff is being mass produced for use on cheap CNC machines, ER16 and above too but less it seems).
Man is there any budget spindle that can handle aluminum with a bit of good securing?
Maybe even steel with decent feed rates

Too heavy bro, I can't even add a bigger spindle.
