Eh, oui, j'ai toujours soutenu la beauté du Weissenberg piano. Un des grands du vingtième siècle. Sa façon de jouer devra être ré étudié. Weissenberg c'est toujours différent à n'importe qui d'autre. Mais on l'a un peu laissé à côté. Faut récupérer et peut-être sortir un nouveau lot avec ses meilleurs enregistrements. 🤗👍
Agree. The Beethoven Piano Concerts with Weissenberg in, deserve to be in every classical music collection just because of his work approach, fine tone pitch, etc. 👍

Beaucoup trop fort, trop saccadé 😮🤢 Pour moi, un des meilleurs chefs, qui jouait aussi du piano c’est Daniel Barenbaum. Il est malheureusement très malade et il vient de démissionner de sa fonction de chef d’orchestre de l’opéra de Berlin qu’il dirigeait depuis plus de 30 ans ( janvier 2023) 👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️
Although Weissenberg collaboration with Karajan could have been the best each of both ever did, it wasn't. It in't easy to explain why the two genius didn't fit together as well as could be expected. Weissenberg worked out remarkably well when he played with Celibidache in his Mozart 27th piano concert, for instance. He did it very well too with Karajan in his Rachmaninoff 2nd piano concert, also. But they didn't agree in their concept of the 4th piano Beethoven concert. The Weissenberg playing was a slower, heartfelt rendition than the idea Karajan had about how the Orchestra should develop their part. Of course, I blame Karajan about the result. It wasn't nevertheless as much as a failure, but it should and could, have been better. Think they did better in this 5th concert, as they did in their 3rd. Anyway, their working together left us their Rach 2nd and their Tchaikovsky 1st. Think Weissenberg should have reworked these masterworks with better conductors than the pompous Karajan. Though he couldn't know what the result of their work would be. Anyway, it's Weissenberg, so it's great, anycase. 🎶🎵❤️🆗👍🙏😔

ワイセンベルクは熱くなりすぎで間が詰まったりして汚くなり雑になりミスをするパターンが多いがこの演奏は大変彼の良い部分が出ていて素晴らしい！彼の情熱と優しさが嬉しいです。こういう演奏をときたましてくれるから
それを聴きたくて彼のコンサートは必ず行きました。
