Today I'm going to share with you my super easy and delicious creamy Pumpkin Spiced Arroz Con Leche, also known as rice pudding! This delightful twist on a classic dessert combines the warm, comforting flavors of pumpkin spice with the rich, creamy texture of traditional arroz con leche. Perfect for cozy fall evenings or any time you crave a sweet and satisfying treat, So I hope you enjoy it just as much as we do! ❤️

Tip- want it more runny add more milk! Keep in mind as it cools the rice will thicken ☺️
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 cinnamon sticks
7 all spice berries
3 whole cloves
2 cups long grain white rice
2-5 cups of milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can 100%pure pumpkin
1 serving of love 💕

You can use a small sachet bag made especially for hard spices for easy removal.
Great idea just make sure they make it out of the pot so no one chocks 😩
I’ve never heard of arroz con leche mixed with actual pumpkin, but, since I love pumpkin I will definitely try this. It looks delicious! 😋

Looks very yummy, very easy to follow. You look super cute too. I forgot to mention some Rice Pudding videos ago that I have Cinnamon Toast Crunch Seasoning. Found it at Walmart some time last year. It seems to work. I've used it in Apple Sauce, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, even in Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

I love Claudia came on here with a super tasty Pumpkin Spice dessert with a Pumpkin Spice colored dress, 😄. I love that Pumpkin Pie/Burnt Orange/Sienna/Ochre coloration, one of my favorite color ranges; all the Autumn feelings, and with sunset hitting the trees and hills just right. It's why I refuse to get rid of a shirt that I've not worn in years because it doesn't fit anymore.
As for the Arroz Con Leche, what is its shelf life in fridge? (I see 1-2 days or 3-5 days for most)
Would you recommend never freezing due to the texture change from the thaw process making it less appealing?
Have you ever used sweet potato in place of the canned pumpkin instead?
On serving, would it be wrong to top it with heavy cream or make fresh homemade Whipped Cream, some salted caramel sauce or Dulce de Leche, some pecan pieces and be indulgent?

Claudia, what region in Mexico do your culinary skills come from? My mother's family/cooking is El Paso/ Juarez, my dad's is new Mexico/Guadalajara. Unfortunately I and my cousins didn't appreciate that until it was gone.

Nice, but I don’t eat white rice 🍚 it’s a dead and useless rice. I might use brown or purple rice to make mine and less sugar stuff 🤔 but the recipe idea is good though.
