    Thanks mate, this was clarifying. It made me think of something that Rupert Spira said when he spoke about this same subject:
    “Meditation is not the direction of attention towards a blank state. It is the sinking of attention into the emptiness of its source”.

    I am 64 years old and have been reading and listening to words for at least 50 years. However, what I can't describe, is what is silent, and subtle, that part of "awareness" has no words. All I can describe is that it is pure love without the emotions we use to name what love it. Namaste my brother, I enjoy your valuable lessons. :-)

    • @user-qb4on2qm7z

      That's manifest consciousness. What you are is even more subtle. You're empty. Look for yourself and you will find nothing. And once you know nothing you have achieved all that there is to achieve in this world through no effort. The conscious mind is not what you are as you observe the one who observes definitionally making you that which cannot be observed but always is.

    I find dwelling on I Am it takes me to the root thought and rising ego, separateness I am before ego which is awareness, its still, its silent, its solid, thoughts are impossible. Nisargadatta said to repeat, repeat, repeat until it is constant and a natural reality . It took Nisargadatta 3years cause he believed his guru. the body continues through the day without my interference, so I can live and work in my daily life and be connected to self continually. I am practicing this continually. I have my personal guru inside me and so do you. No need to pay anyone big bucks. Ramana and Nisargadatta never charged anyone. Because we all have the answer within.

    I’m having a bit of confusion I feel like I know how to do it but I’m lost between to ways.
    1. Is it the experience/feeling of vast infinite empty pure presence you’re telling to focus on ? Or
    2. Are you saying to be aware of being aware like be simply conscious of all the aspects of life, like thoughts and feelings and actions and present experience without judgement?
    I feel like it’s number 1 that you’re pointing out to but can no 2 be useful to become more conscious? Number 2 i feel like is like operating from that core infinite formless awareness. It’s kinda backwards of number 1 I think.
    Let me know what you think ☮️

    • @kbains3955
      @kbains3955 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes what your thinking is right. Both of these things are that awareness. If you can actually feel that vast infinite empty presence then dive deeper until you are “enlightened”. If you don’t actually feel that then keep trying to see what is aware of all these things. It ends up being what you described ^. There was no true self rather it was the present awareness the whole time, it was right in front of us lol.

But here we have an absolutely brilliant, concise, potent, clear-cut explanation of how to expand consciousness - I’m so glad I clicked on this video. YOU are one of the few people on here that deserves millions of subscribers. Thank you.
    May I succeed in achieving expansion using your method.

    This is great, super video. Would like to ask a question though; when asked 'are you aware now?' there is a kind of internal scanning (of what and by whom i've no idea) but of course then a recognition of 'yes i'm aware' appears. It seems that this 'state' of being aware of being aware seems to stick around for some considerable time. BUT later during some intense activity (work related) then this 'state' seems to disappear and then what happens is that this apparent aware of awarenessing disappears. During this time there is just the activity going on ... there is no aware or awarenessing occuring in the same way that pops forward if i'm asked 'are you aware now'. it SEEMS that after a period of time there's a kind of recognition where I go 'wow, half an hour went by' and there was no apparent awareness of it. OK so you can say there was awareness but that's not the same as awareness of awareness right? Anyway this is something that is intriguing at the moment. Would appreciate any comments.

    “ when the journey to GOD ends, the journey in GOD begins “ Rupert Spira. Thank you Sunny for great speaking clarity! I am grateful that can listen to your videos everyday🙏🙌🏻 , however I have a question about the body: when we take attention off the body, so, the fear of losing it, dying also goes away. Since body is always changing like you said, the time comes that it will change or simply dies, but the awareness continues, because awareness been there before the body, and always been, always will be? Eternal infinity?
    also, in this context of spiritual awareness, we ARE not the body, yet this BODY itself is an ocean of wonders! Every little atom , every drop of blood, all the organs, how they have to work along all the complications of anatomy of this body , itself is amazingly fascinating , extremely detailed well organized and designed, surely by a higher creator intelligence, then why bother to design such sophisticated “ object” but not be that important when we need to seek the “ awareness” ? Thank you 🙏
