I found that combination years ago. My precious sweet beloved daughter
(1983-2009) was also named Lori. She was a lot like Dr Lori, my girl had so much of the same traits as Dr Lori. She could be ..well, let's just say .. had very similar wit as Dr Lori. She never made anyone mad at her, they would laugh and just enjoy 'her' personality...besides every one of the people she talked with knew my Lori would defend each and every one of them.
My girl was a champion for any underdog.
One of the best
....and probably the loudest personality's of anyone I have ever known.
My son (1981-2016)
was pretty shy in his early years in school ...actually he came into his own right after graduation..oh my, my Brad was a LOOKER just as my baby girl washed. it is so hard for me to look at each/ both of my children and wonder....'HOW DID EITHER OF THEM COME FROM..ME?'
Guess their dad had a lot to do with ..THAT ! HA.
Dr Lori, I totally enjoy YOU. Yes, it brings back great memories...

I am learning so much,
I pray one day I will be able to get out for some day trips to look for a few treasures.
I did not write this to make anyone sad, I talk about both of my children every day...it is a way I keep them with me.
I am so fortunate and blessed to have known my two little angels
(now, ha). The amount of love a heart can feel is almost unbelievable.
It went both ways with us. I would never trade the years I had with my greatest loves...I pray I will soon be able to spend some of that time...of love, total acceptance...with my kid's kids.

Yes, but what you didn't see was she first came up to my camera man, tapping him on the shoulder and asking him. His eyes are on the camera so he doesn't really see her coming. Kudos to him to stay with the shot. Watch it again, I don't think he moved one bit :) Love my staff and crew!

I love vintage jewelry I have two pieces of my Grammies’ jewelry they are both rings on is a white Pearl and the other is a mother of pearl in the shape of leaves and it’s adjustable I treasure both rings with all my heart ❤️.

Watching her made me go look at my jewelry. I have a pearl bracelet passed down to me i have no idea about but i found a chain iv had since middle school i got at goodwill is worth 150 in retail price. Too bad i broke the clasp. Glad i didnt trash it though because it was my favorite chain.

Love this video Dr. Lori, i have the ring, it was my great grandma's wedding ring. Bad part is it was wesr in the middle and broke.. ,My mother had got it fixed.. I love it.. I love learning about cameos.. I have a blue set it looks so old.. has ear rings clip ons a bracelet and a necklace and it coukd be used for a brooch too. I love older jewelry

People use my online appraisal reports. The reports show you where a similar piece like yours sold. My report helped someone sell a plate for over $1,000. They paid $1 for it at a yard sale.

At least I got one of the 1K+ items correct...the platinum sapphire bracelet. But, it's difficult to evaluate the items at the beginning of the video not being able to really look at the items closely. At least all my pics were 100 and over....I usually try to pick three best and then one out of those...this vid i picked four since there were so many items. I lost out on the watches...I avoided those for some reason.

hi Dr. Lori in the collectors of coin and the sites have always said that any coin put into jewelry loses major value was that considered when pricing? just curious~
If a prong is surrounding a coin, it could damage it when set as jewelry. Remember that when a coin is set into a piece of jewelry, you have to consider the value of the necklace chain and hypothetically gold setting too.

Hello hope your day is doing well. I have a question I have many pieces of jewellery necklaces Rings Etc however if I do a video call with you and I'm entitled to have three items appraised what if I don't know which items should be appraised because I am not going to have the unlimited which you offer but I have so much I don't know which one is valuable and which ones to get appraised how do you do this do I just show you on the video and then I'll just show you what I have and then you can decide which ones need to be appraised

Is there any type of "evaluation" of jewelry for a small fee rather than paying for a full appraisal? I have a bunch of jewelry from Asian designers and I have no idea if the jade pieces I have are natural, dyed, jadeite or nephrite! Lol I think the pearls are real and vintage but I don't know if they are Akoya, fresh water, or whatever! Lol there's a ring I think it's citrine. I just need someone to confirm whether my jewels are fine or costume.... Is there any jeweler out there like this??
