Far too many living rooms, they can easily have another smaller guest room or two on the lower floor. A dining room and a kitchen? Why? people who booked these rooms for a few nights will NOT cook their dinner when there are 25 restaurants at the hotel already. In my opinion excessive space usage and not well layout at all.
