Exploring new countries is such a rewarding experience! For first-time travelers, I'd recommend considering destinations that offer a mix of cultural richness and natural beauty. Personally, I've been fortunate to travel to over 10 countries thanks to careful budgeting and smart investments.I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 2 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future.
Alright, speaking in general terms, investing requires a good amount of knowledge. That's why it's essential to have a solid support system like a financial counselor, especially when picking out assets. I've been working with Regina Louise Collaro, who is an investment advisor at a registered wealth management company. I can't recommend her enough; my financial journey has been fantastic thanks to her. She's quite well-known for her services, and she helped me achieve financial stability through investments. Now, I benefit from her passive income strategies every month. So, I'd strongly suggest finding a reliable investment advisor for yourself
Regina Louise Collaro is based in the United States and can work with anybody wherever they stay. If you would like more information on reaching her, you can conduct a search online.
personally, I'm blessed and realizing I'm not the only one working with Regina Louise Collaro. I will consider myself lucky. I've been able to feed and make a living through her advice and great work. For such a person as Regina, I owe her gratitude, support and endless prayers as it is not easy to gain access to such a competent and reliable adviser. Who isn't just wise but has all it takes to handle an investment and is good at what she does..

Dubai is a clean and safe city .Thank you for the video,no homeless there ,that's a very good sign. Also no dogs running on the streets, makes it more clean .
The best review of Dubai...Thank you for getting to the point and not rambling on for 45 minutes like most other people on TH-cam... Appreciate your fantastic review. Thanks
At long last a Dubai travel log that is almost spot on. Good on you Island Hopper. Having lived here for more than 40 years and helped grow it. Well done.
Over time I have watched several videos about visiting Dubai. I have to congratulate you as this, to my mind, is probably the best. Low key presentation, but highly informative. I first went through Dubai as a stop over to Singapore in 1973. I then used to visit Dubai regularly for social activities when I worked in Abu Dhabi from 1979 to 1981. My family used to enjoy these excursions to Dubai to chill out. My children were really young then, but I have no reason to think that anything has changed in this aspect. Then over the years I passed through Dubai on numerous occasions. Finally I did live and work there 2011 to 2012, about thirteen months. So final thought. All I can say is that it has just got bigger and bigger!!
Visited in july 2006.....yes it was hot so we mostly did everything at night when it was cooler...the metro was just starting construction so it wasn't able to be used....visited Jumeirah beach and burj al arab hotels...all in all it was a good time
If you wana go Dubai and you’re on budget go on july cuz everything you can get easily, like taxi, best hotels restaurants less crowded. I went on the 1 of July it was amazing
Great video, been living in Dubai for 3 years now, so I think the one mistake I caught was when you said Dubai is the biggest of the 7 emirates, Abu Dhabi is actually by far the biggest. I think you meant population-wise, then you are absolutely correct, great video once again.
I have always wanted to visit … even considered relocating there. This video sold me on that dream! I’m now a new subscriber so I can learn more! This was a well done video Sis much so I feel like I just visited and left Dubai 😅. Thank you for sharing 🤗♥️✨
Great video with very useful information! We were in Dubai a few months ago (see our travelvlog) and loved its luxury. We slept in the Burj Al Arab, went VIP to the top of the Burj Khalifa, rented a yacht in the Marina and dined in Michelin Star restaurants. It was the experience of a lifetime and this footage brings back those fond memories. Thank you for that. We are revisiting Dubai in June so we will make sure to put your tips to good use. Keep up the good work!
I’m loving your videos! What is the Covid requirement for entry into Dubai? I have been binge watching your videos because I will be flying from US to Cairo for 3 days, then Cairo to Dubai for 5 days.
Thank you for responding! I was a little confused on the Covid requirements for vaccinated travelers, because I read something about no vaccination cards allowed, only digital vaccine QR codes.
The only problem. Dubai moves forward, already many changes. I went to the Worlds fair that you mentioned, it was awesome. Always something new and fun to do....heading back again, next week.
Island hopper TV! Tank you so much for such incredible information, honest can't wait to visit Dubai in July. Wooow, same population size like my country Namibia.
Great review of Dubai however please explain the address system to visitors. That was the only thing that confused me when I visited... I do agree with the safety of Dubai.... As a retired police officer I found Dubai to be the safest place I have ever visited...... Looking forward to my next excursion o Dubai and the UAE.
You can leave your laptop in a coffee shop in dubai and leave for hours, come back and its not been touched. My dad never locked his car doors and left laptops and money in the car. A lot of the bars and clubs are in Abu Dhabi not dubai as Abu Dhabi is actually the capitol which a lot of people seem to forget; Abu dhabi is more LGBT tolerant; People will say stuff like "yeah but you can't kiss in the street and stuff" but this is the same for straight people as well! You also might run into issues trying to get a hotel if you aren't married and you're of the opposite sex.
Hey Island Hopper..love your Dubai vids...been a go to for us..we are going on the weekend...just wondered if you could recommend best way to get to Abu Dhabi..? Just a dsy trip to WB...
@@boredbytrash my dear I am not a religious scholar but I heard a very good scholar saying that like every country has some Visa requirement in the same way this is like a Visa requirement for Makkah to say Shahada before you visit there.

Great video... Very helpful. Thank you🙏. In the web it says visa costs $90.. Confused, whether it' was free, now they started charging? Iny one has idea?
It depends on what type of food you’re talking about, fast food for example it’s little cheaper than in USA, the Big Mac cost for example is AED 19.00 which is around USD 5.00, while others depends again on where and what you want to have, you can have a good three meals for a total of USD 40.00 at set in restaurants and as cheap as USD 10.00 at Standing restaurants or cafes, the luxury restaurants and five stars hotels are different story
genova hotel on sheikh zayed road is actually the highest hotel! But only until the ciel Tower in Dubai marina is finished it will take the Titel for the highest hotel
Awesome tour. That red car actually wasn't a Ferrari, like your Polo hat and Supreme t-shirt, it was a knock off. It's actually a Lotus Evora, chop topped, and customized to look like a Ferrari. Impressive. It's all good, love your videos. 😁👍
