    We had a power outage and I did the exercises the first day but not yesterday. Getting started is a chore but once started, I don't give up 🎉

    The planks every day are being noticed in my shoulder, so I may incorporate Gabbys knee lunge jab thing on days where it bothers me most. While I know muscle weighs more, I'm seeing a difference on the scales! 👊🎉

    Could only finish one round, which was extremely tough and a big milestone for me. Need to burn fat and get fit. Just walking worked in the past.

    If I did this one I would be worried about not getting up again. I am 73 years old and it isn’t easy to get up after getting down. Is there any alternative exercises?
