I would give up the 2023 cvo. The new bike is a limited production worth way more than the 2023 cvo that they flooded the market. I was hoping Julia would upright the bike and want to ride it ! She has no idea what she’s missing out on. But is she ready? The desire is in her eye but her reluctance is obvious too.
Im torn on the "this bike is exclusive" line the dealers are feeding right now. They fed that shit with the 23 CVOs..... shit is ridiculous.... ill be buying my cvo st hopefully in febuary when i get home off the truck but, i really truly feel like theyll fly out the dealerships so HD will pump out more and more
@SmittyAZ personally i wouldnt lie. Thats also why im not a piece of shit salesman. If i could, i wouldnt ever go to a dealership to buy a vehicle. I would buy direct from the manufacturer and ha e it delivered to my house. I give 0 fucks about ringing a bell or any of the stupid fluff they do to make you feel like a king when really, we are all just dumb asses for spending this much money on something that, even in cvo/st form, is still trash compared to where most of us want the bikes to be. I see it this way. That cvo st is a build base. Its 43k to start the built. Its another 3-6k for true full suspension. Kyle wyman being the voice for the suspension or not, it still is dog shit compared to legend piggy backs or ohlins. The belt drive will be changed out for chain drive ASAP. The bars will be in the trash and be replaced with kraus risers and mx bars. The mini floorboards will be sold and replaced with either pegs or a better mini board. The engine will be torn down, stage 4'd and the transmission will be gutted and replaced with a baker grudgebox 6 speed or a baker dd7 7 speed. I calculate that my cvo/st will have another 40k at least into it by the time im done and the only thing that wont be changed are the wheels, front brakes, paint job and trans/engine cases(for a little while anyway) everything else will be done in about 2 years max. Im shooting for 1 year to the date of purchase for everything to be done. Just mainly waiting on dynojet to verify that the powervision will work on the 121HO since its not vvt.
I disagree with the concept of putting a girl in the new CVO ST commercial. The guys in the videos have proven to be some of the best in the king of the baggers. These guys have worked hard to be fighting to win a championship. I have nothing against a woman being in the video if she earned it. Those guys are representing the Harley factory team in 2024. The video was not about riding with someone, it was about racing some. And for that reason I believe Harley chose the best two people for their commercial. If the theme was two guys riding down the road on a trip, you could possibly have a valid argument. I think it’s great that you and your daughter ride together making memories. Enjoy the new CVO.
I never seen a real rich guy buying another new $60,000 cvo and going on about all the cvos he owns. This is what Harley business has become. The rich, weekend warrier, really not a good look for the brand, they were once the every man's bike. Really leaves a bad taste. In saying this we all ride and face the same dangers , so respect! But don't brag on TH-cam, jes!

HD’s are still an every mans bike. Check out all the shops that make a living selling used Harleys. I appreciate that 1st owner taking the hit and adding some goodies that I will also enjoy. Nothing like a used, low mileage bike at a discount compared to the new OTD price. 👍🥃🥃

Plus ill be cancelling the esp from my 23 and getting that money back. How would you explain the black raven metallic seeing it in person? Im in love with the white bike from the pictures and videos ive seen but thay black looks shiny close up

And keep in mind can’t see the ST losing value but I can see all the 23 CVOs losing more value as time progresses. Cool stuff good luck.
