What is the difference in flywheel brand, hitachi and Mitsubishi ? Are certain ATC years different?

I have never seen a Mitsubishi flywheel on an atc70 engine, only Hitachi. You will see mitsu vs Hitachi spark advancing flywheels on the 4 speeds manual clutch engines such as ct70h, xl70, sl70, cl70. Those flywheels have to be paired with the marching stator plate and coils etc.
