Hey Imat! I have a problem. The sports mode on my hk9 ultra 2 cancels itself all the time. I start a workout and a few minutes in everything dissappeares and its reset to no training. Do you know why? Or have you heard about the problem?
How well is the watch waterproof?it just says life waterproof. I won't take this to shower and swimming such of course, but how about just basic washing hands? Thanks.

my hk9 ultra 2 has firmware version 1.03 and the vibration of notifications and the wheel does not work. however, the app says that the version is updated. How can I fix it and update it to the newest version? why doesn't it vibrate, is it a bug in version 1.03?

My watch don’t wear it for awhile battery went dead. Charged it up but screen does not come on now. Was nice when I had it working. My old smartwatch from aliexpress from 3 years ago seems to still be working.

I saw a post on reddit that if your watch has a mispelling of the word watch on the back plate, you got a knockoff of a knock-off. Mine is misspelled "watgh". I don't know, but I can't get mine to update firmware

Is important to test the wake up function, for when the watch is not on and someone raises the wrist, does it wake up fine? does it have animation on wake up? is there a delay? etc... that's the most used feature, the older one, the wake up function sucks.

I received mine yesterday. First impressions: vibration is not that bad, I’d like to see the full notification once arrives and the screen turns on and finally the rise to wake is too sensitive sometimes. Besides that, I’m satisfied :)

I see that the updates do not improve the things we ask for in this watch, but at least the always on digital display takes advantage of the pure black of the Amoled screen.
We will have to wait for severe updates to the Hello 3+ (or Hello 4) and the W69+, which are the top clones right now according to my criteria.

Whenever i set a password except of 0s and restart the watch it ask for password and i type 000000 it unlocks and password is reseted

Well great improvements considering where they started from but why do I think the make those who purchased earlier feel left out, most of these new features can easily be implemented in other model just by I simple update ,well business I guess but still there should be perks to purchasing earlier too
Apple pushes updates because they charge $300-$800 for their product.
But these companies are selling them for $20-$40. So they’ll never do that. Because they need to sell more to generate profit.
Hot take: they still update more features in their new model compared to Apple 👀
That's a pity that our "old" HK8 Ultra do not receive any further firmware update. We absolutely NEED the screen turning on while receiving a notification and music control without Bluetooth steaming over watch's speakers
Instead of giving updates, they will just release a new watch model with the update. Thats how they'll make their money

I have the same problem: My watch came with version 1.03 on it but whenever I've checked for firmware updates (the latest check was today, January 18, 2024) Wearfit Pro maintains that I have the latest firmware. As a consequence, some of the bugs remain--including the fact that I cannot get any notifications. In the case of the latter, no amount of restarting, reinstalling, tweaking, etc. has resolved this issue. That, and the ridiculous music player app on the watch make the HK9 ultra2 an absolute dud for me.
I tried contacting support through the Wearfit Pro app, but never received a reply. Clearly the company or companies involved in the app and the watch don't care about their customers. As long as they've got their money, they're fine. I won't be buying a watch from them again.

Doesn’t matter how smooth it is, its just not functional and doesn’t look right.

hello brother...i have a question my hk9 ultra2 stuck at 38% charge and its not charging more than that its showing that its charging but its not getting full charge even after 5 hours of continous charging can u plz help me...i try to reset the watch and pair it again and than charge it but it still doesnt work, its stuck 38% charging
Try using a different power adapter, otherwise let the battery drain to 0% then charge it again

Why would this app and watch need permission to install unknown apps for notification purposes. I have had this watch with all settings and permissions turned on and even after recent update this watch still does not receive notifications, insane my 20 dollar amazon smart watch works better.
