Next day that I upload this video we received a new firmware update to fix some bugs and now we can control volume from the watch when we playing something on the phone.

i bought this watch and it scary good , only thing i hate about it is the data mining app they give you , all the watch faces they give you as paid form they are free on other smartwatches and other chinease apps the downside is that the watch is locked to only use the Bluetooth from the app not able to to adb through Bluetooth or wifi in other words no root posible.

I was super excited to get this watch and sadly it doesnt work, I am quite tech savvy so I know the settings are right and I set it up correctly, I do not receive any notifications of any type on this watch, also why to receive notifications would this watch and the wear fit pro app require permission to install unknown apps to recieve notifications. Hmmmm. Gonna drop my five pound sledge hammer on my hk9 ultra 2, screw this POS. Great review episode though.

Yea, it's a fake. Thats why no one should have a clone except an actual Apple Watch Ultra!. The clones never are the same and never size up to the real deal.
I have the same issue: no notifications. Like you, I'm reasonably tech savvy, so I know I've got all the permissions and such properly selected. Moreover, I've other smart watches that send notifications fine--including the buggy Hello Watch 3. Ironically, I bought the HK9 Ultra 2 to replace the latter, but it seems I wasted my money. I also don't get the right weather on the HK9. I live in Ottawa, Canada, but I seem to be getting the weather for Ottawa, Illinois, USA (which is hundreds of kilometers south of me). Another annoying issue is that you can't listen to music on your phone and control it through the HK9. Even when you choose mobile on the music player the music still comes out the watch's tiny, tinny speaker. This is ridiculous, because I can't imagine anyone wanting to listen to their music in this way--especially while out running or walking (as is my custom).
I am also flummoxed by the fact that the Wearfit Pro app insists I have the latest firmware on my watch (version 1.03), but that is clearly not the case. Unfortunately, there is no way of upgrading the firmware to the actual latest version (which might, one hopes, fix some of the problems I have on my HK9). The Wearfit Pro app has got to be one of the worst for these smart watches, and the selection of watch faces is lousy (though those for the Hello Watch 3 are nothing to write home about, either). Needless to say, all the more interesting watch faces on the Wearfit Pro app are ones you have to pay for.
As it stands, my HK9 Ultra 2 is useless to me, which is frustrating given that I'm on a tight budget. I guess it's caveat emptor (buyer beware) as they say. Obviously a true Apple Ultra would be the way to go, but I'd have to win a lottery before I could afford something like that.
For the record, my phone is a Motorola Edge 2022, so if anyone can suggest some solution to make this pairing work, I'd very much appreciate it. Otherwise, the HK9 will remain a fancy paperweight (and the company won't be getting my business again in the future).

excellent review, I purchased this watch, it has an almost non-existent vibration, the volume is low and the screen activation doesn't work if I turn my wrist. do you know any remedies? Do you know how to reset to factory data?

The screen bright up you have to activate it on settings. Make sure do not disturb or sleep mode is off.
Vibration nothing to do.
That is one od the biggest problems with hk line like I always say

On settings you can set vibration on strong but still weak that is one of the negatives about this watch.
You should active tone notification if you have not too
