No protection in the world will save someone from a crash at those speeds. Unless he gets really lucky and slides of the bike without touching anything (pretty hard prospect being that he is riding on public streets at tremendous speeds).

These R Four engine Japanese are fantastic, this man takes advantage of it! On the road there are people driving with much less reflexes and much more dangerous, just analyze with some drive their cars ...
