    I think you superseded yourself! This is a class of perfect length with an incredible way to alert, wake up, revive and strengthen the whole body. A new favorite for my morning practice. THANK YOU!!!

    A great way to do strength work and mobility at the same time. Like to see more classes on building leg muscles. Strong leg muscle help with blood sugar stabilization. Have a great day!

    You know, I'm more of a traditional yoga kind of girl. This was fun, but I don't feel as blissed out and ready for the chaos of the day after this kind of a class. That said, thanks for putting it together - I know it's a lot of work on your end.

    This is great for those days when I wake up and say “yeah I just don’t feel like it today”. But surely I can.do 20 minutes. Doesn’t happen often, but it does happen.

    Great length for a morning workout and great choice of areas to work. My yoga blocks weigh almost nothing so I used some light weights. Definitely do some more.

    Hi Tim! I do like the short ones. I am a before work yoga kind of guy and I’m always asking how much can I fit in before I have to zip off to work. I think the smaller episodes allow me to just do one or stack them if I’ve got more time. I appreciate you and all you’re doing.
