Lifted Square body Chevy K20 73-87 steering knuckle arm replacement

At what point would this be beneficial on my square body? 2” lift? 4”? Also, why is that knuckle better than a drop pitman arm? Trying to figure out better steering for my k15. Thanks! Subscribed

I like the knuckle more than the pitman arm, But in some cases six inches plus requires a pitman arm also. Or a crossover steering?.
