  • It's important to start preparing your body for pregnancy before you even get pregnant. Some say prepping at least 3 months in advance is ideal. I'm sharing some of the things I'm doing in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and with exercise to prepare my body for pregnancy!

Sorry for the shaky camera (vlogging is tricky!) What’s your favorite thing to do to prep your body for pregnancy?

Things I did before my first pregnancy. Exercise-mostly running, very little strengthening and no specific diastasis recti prevention work. Birth education classes: I read the book and watched the birth course that Mama Natural had available at that time. It had lots of valuable information, but not as much pelvic floor protection information as I would have liked to have had.
Does that answer your question or was there something specific you were wondering about?
