    Wow - mentioning plant based foods in order to spice up our meals with colors and textures and taste! I SO miss this perspective in most discourse around nutrition and food, I didn't even know what bothered me so much until you mentioned like the soul of food 😊 such good points.

    Thank you for a wonderful video. I was caught up in supplements and now I will be taking a look to see which ones I actually need. I have a good prenatal vit but I’m 45 so taking NAC and coq10, myo-inositol. Baby is coming soon 🎉 I can feel it. Thanks again.

    I do believe in honoring food heritage during preconception and pregnancy! I eat traditional North African and Spanish foods on the regular. I also incorporate lots of Indian dishes and meals because they make me feel spiritually and nutritionally satisfied.
