Hello Doctor. Thank you for the informative video. What is your opinion for the Canon RF 35mm macro lens for Intraoral photography? Mainly full arch photos. Do you think it is worth it going for a mirrorless setup yet?

I would recommend avoiding short focal length as it can cause perspective distortion. 90mm onwards would be suitable.

Hello Doctor. Thanks for all the info on the macro lens.
In your opinion, would 60mm f2.8 macro be a good lens for standard intra oral photography? Rather than most macro lenses ranging 85-105mm. This is for a Sony crop sensor camera. Budget-wise 60mm is far better option.

Hi. The 60mm is a great lens for intra oral photography. A prime lens, with a fixed focal length, as mentioned in the video produces a better image quality than a zoom lens; the one you mention is 85-105mm, a zoom lens.
We have to remember that a crop sensor crops the image, so the effective focal length is increased by 1.6. Effective focal length of a 60mm macro is multiplied by 1.6, giving an effective focal length of 96mm for a crop sensor camera.
From your message, I am not sure if you are talking about mirrorless camera. To fit the canon lens on to a sony camera, you need to purchase an EF/EF-S -> E-mount adapter.
